This stunning villa is located in an exclusive gated development and situated in the coastal village of Limni, Argaka and Polis only minutes drive away. The villa is set in its own landscaped gardens with ample external parking and private covered parking just a 1 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach. This villa also has a roof garden so as to enjoy the wonderful views.

On entering this villa you will firstly notice the marble flooring throughout. The open plan living area has a comfortable cream leather suite and beautiful furnishings. The large plasma television has satellite channels (free to view package), surround sound system and DVD player. The dining area sports a glass dining table and six leather chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is a guest cloakroom also on this floor.

Leading up the stairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, these bedrooms share a large balcony which has an external table and chairs. The beautiful bathroom on this level boasts a Jacuzzi bath.

On the lower level is a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, lamps, dressing table and mirror and fully fitted wardrobes. On this level is also a sauna & shower room.

Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is provided and upon request, there is a baby cot and highchair available.

Outside the villa is a veranda with comfortable external settee, chairs and coffee table. In the mature gardens you will find the large 10 x 5m infinity overflow swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort. The added bonus to this luxurious villa is the six person hot tub in the garden!

PRICE NOTES

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (in summer months) or underfloor heating (in winter months).

Rates do not include: 
Sauna hire is an optional extra charged at the rate of 12 Euros per day to be paid locally.
Pool heating is an optional extra and to be booked in advance ranging from GBP 25 to 40 per day depending on time of season - please contact us for further details.
If underfloor heating and air conditioning are required at the same time, the supplement of 25 GBP per day applies.

Please note:
A refundable security deposit of GBP 250 is required to cover any damages or breakages. This is to be paid upon arrival to the villa and will be refunded on the day of departure.

Short stays (minimum of 4 nights) might be considered during low season, subject to a supplement. Please contact us for further details.

Thanks for a lovely holiday - we had a great week and the villa was just as we expected from the pictures on the website. The booking process was nice and easy and we was provided with some handy info on the areas. Meeting us at the villa was great as we would have struggled with some of the functions otherwise. The villa was great and suited us perfectly (4 adults and 2 toddlers < 2yrs). There was enough of a garden for them to run in and they both thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was a really nice temperature. Spent most of our evenings on the terrace and made full use of the BBQ. Joseph provided us with a few handy hints for Polis, which is a really nice town. It certainly caters well for tourists (you'll get everything you want in the local supermarket including pool inflatables and great fish), everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful, from the woman on the cheese counter in the supermarket, the barman who made the Mojito to just my liking and the restaurateur who provided us a with a takeaway even though they weren't a takeaway. There was enough to keep us busy in the surrounding area and would have liked to be able to take advantage of some of the things to do such as the buggy hire and sports boat hire (very reasonably priced at €200 for a full days rental of a large 100hp boat). Would definitely recommend the villa and Polis.

It was a brand new villa and the owner was keen to make sure everything was perfect. I know the Latsi area well and we were able to drive down in 10 minutes to the town. You definitely need a car. We had a great two weeks, service throughout (from the management team, the pool guys and maid service) was really friendly & efficient and the villa itself - from the sauna in the basement, to the hot-tub on the roof terrace - just made it a great experience.
