This charming 3-bedroom villa is located on the world-renowned Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort set in pretty, landscaped gardens with a private swimming pool. The villa is within a lovely, peaceful area of the eastern plateau of the Resort only a 5-minute drive from the resort's facilities. In this exquisite setting, the resort offers you recreation and relaxation beyond compare. This villa has everything one would want for a perfect holiday, golf enthusiasts or not.

The interiors overlook the south-facing outside terrace and pool area giving them a lovely outlook and a real light, airy, holiday feel. This villa offers a real sense of home-from-home from the moment you enter and has the added bonus of the bedrooms all being en-suites.

The back garden of the property features a 10m x 5m swimming pool (heating available), private, landscaped gardens with lawn, sun decks, shady terraces, a BBQ area, a gas BBQ and also a table tennis table. There is a shaded pergola at the highest point of the garden; the perfect spot for enjoying a book and soaking up the lovely sea views that are on offer from here. There are plenty of places within the grounds to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The ground floor of the villa is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is beautifully decorated with light, fresh furnishings and little elegant touches such as the chandelier which hangs from the wooden vaulted ceiling. There is a TV with a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback options as well as the bonus of a Playstation 3. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need to make your self-catering holiday an easy affair, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The master bedroom is found on the ground floor and has a lovely light feeling to it, especially as the afternoon sun pours into the room from the large doors that open out to the terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, as well as a separate shower unit. Upstairs hosts a twin room with a wooden ceiling and an en-suite with a shower unit. The second twin room is found on the lower ground floor level and its en-suite also has a shower unit.

The villa is fully air-conditioned plus the units can be heated for all year-round comfort. There is also a free high chair and travel cot included, should you require.

There is off-street parking for 2 cars.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 500KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €395 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 500 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85, which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, milk, a bottle of rose wine, a pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

Spacious and luxurious villa with a very good size private pool. The gardens are well kept and the quiet neighbourhood provides a peaceful location. You definitely would want a car from this location, but it's a short drive into the village centre with bars and restaurants. The golf course is superb, one of the best we've played with some iconic holes. The practice facilities are also top notch. We loved the house, especially the outdoor space. For a family of four with two teenage children it was a perfect spot for us.

Fantastic villa. Well equipped with superb outdoor space - plenty of seating areas, lovely garden, fantastic pool (well worth paying extra for heating in low season - it was toasty!) and BBQ. We also liked it’s location which was on a quieter area of the resort and an easy drive to local villages, mountains, Paphos or Limassol.

This was our first time to the Aphrodite Hills area and it didn't disappoint. The villa is clean, and spacious and has everything you need for your holiday. The children loved the pool and the TV has every channel imaginable! The village area was quieter than I expected but there are nice restaurants and a well packed supermarket and pharmacy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this villa and the area.

The villa was amazing! The quiet location and pool were most appreciated, it was cleaned twice in our 8 days there and was the highlight of the villa. Inside is immaculate, even nicer than in pictures-we loved having a dressing room in the master and the laundry room with washer AND dryer came in very handy. BBQ outside made for a nice night in and we had such a great stay that we are already talking about returning in October.
