A superb villa in a unique position being on a hilltop, with the most beautiful, dramatic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The ground floor comprises an open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen with cool terracotta floor tiles and rustic beamed ceilings. The living room offers a TV with local channels, a stereo CD player, DVD player and book collection for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has seating for 6, and patio doors lead out to the pool area. There is a guest WC located on the ground floor.
The villa's first bedroom is located on the ground floor; a twin bedroom with shower room.
The first floor comprises two double bedrooms each with a private balcony. Both bedrooms have 4-poster beds with colour coordinated bed linen, cushions and curtains. They both also have a private balcony offering amazing views of the sea and Argaka coastline. One bedroom has en-suite full bathroom. There is also a washing machine located on the landing.
All three bedrooms and the living/dining area are equipped with air-conditioning units (see rental rates) which can be used for both cooling and heating, so that the property can be enjoyed all year round. A safety deposit box and three hairdryers are available and pool towels are supplied. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Outside there is a very large swimming pool (approximately 35 feet long - 1,200 sq feet - depths 1m to 1.60m) with an overflow feature, probably being one of the largest of its kind in any holiday villa on the island. You have superb uninterrupted views of the sea and the mountains. There is a large traditional style stone built barbecue and a traditional clay oven, pergola, sunbeds, pool shower, table and chairs.

For the month of May the changeover day is a Wednesday
For the month of August the changeover day is a Saturday and the minimum stay is 14 nights
