This remarkable private and secluded 3 bedroom villa is located on a private road just off the main Paphos/Polis road shaded with Oleander and Olive trees and is set on a large plot of land overlooking the beautiful countryside including the hillside villages of Miliou and Giolou. This villa has been built with both traditional architecture and Colonial-influenced design. The front entrance door is a handmade wooden door that is one hundred years old. The villa is built on one level in the shape of the Greek letter ‘?' with the pool in the centre.
The open plan living and dining area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. For entertainment there is a plasma television, satellite channels (limited), DVD player and the CD player allows music to be piped throughout the house. There is a stone hearth and the furniture is sophisticated and stylish including leather sofas, dining table with six chairs and hand-made furniture from local master craftsmen. The kitchen displays a surprising contrast of wood, marble and stone while including the top-of-the-line appliances including electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine found in the utility room. From the kitchen door you will find an external staircase that takes you up to an extensive roof terrace.
The piece de resistance is the domed Jacuzzi room with hand-laid blue mosaics overlooking the private garden and the mountains through the tall glass & iron windows. The Jacuzzi is large enough for six persons. By the Jacuzzi room there is a guest cloakroom with shower and gymnasium equipment including running machine and stepper.
The three bedrooms are as stunningly furnished as the other rooms in this spectacular villa. Each bedroom has a luxurious en suite bathroom.
