This remarkable private and secluded 3-bedroom villa is located on a private road just off the main Paphos/Polis road shaded with Oleander and Olive trees and is set on a large plot of land overlooking the beautiful countryside including the hillside villages of Miliou and Giolou. This villa has been built with both traditional architecture and Colonial-influenced design. The front entrance door is a handmade wooden door that is one hundred years old. The villa is built on one level in the shape of the Greek letter ‘?' with the pool in the centre.

The open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. There is a stone hearth and the furniture is sophisticated and stylish including leather sofas, a dining table with six chairs and hand-made furniture from local master craftsmen. The kitchen displays a surprising contrast of wood, marble and stone while including top-of-the-line appliances including an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine found in the utility room. From the kitchen door, you will find an external staircase that takes you up to an extensive roof terrace.

The piece de resistance is the domed Jacuzzi room with hand-laid blue mosaics overlooking the private garden and the mountains through the tall glass & iron windows. The Jacuzzi is large enough for six persons. By the Jacuzzi room, there is a guest cloakroom with shower and gymnasium equipment including a running machine and stepper.

The three bedrooms are as stunningly furnished as the other rooms in this spectacular villa. Each bedroom has a luxurious en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is just two meters from the pool, reached through sliding patio doors. The second & third bedrooms have two single beds and a double bed respectively and they share a large veranda.

The villa offers air conditioning throughout.

The fully furnished veranda is extremely spacious and provides shade at all times of the day. This outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing with a sound system, dining area, outdoor stone fireplace and rattan sofa and chairs.

The large private swimming pool measures 10m x 5.5m with a depth of 1.40m and walk-in steps. The lawn area surrounds the property and is scented with jasmine.

The villa is a very grand and spacious Villa. Immaculately clean. Plenty of room for 6 people (although we were only 2). Great kitchen but we chose instead to eat out. We would highly recommend the Vineyard Taverna close by. Theo the owner came immediately to sort out a glitch with the water and was a thoroughly nice man. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Great amenities, such as big pool, spa, big garden with fresh oranges and apricots, lots of space inside. Situated on the main road from Polis to Paphos, the Villa is great for visiting the Paphos area. Good for sports, such as running, mountainbiking and water sports. Cleaning lady was very friendly.
