Frequently asked questions

Arriving and leaving

What time can I check in and out?

Check-in and check-out times are shown on each villa’s page and in your booking confirmation. Before you travel, we send you the phone number of the villa owner or local manager, with arrival instructions and who to call if you need help.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and need written approval from the villa owner or manager. Do I need to pay a security deposit, and when will I get it back?

Some villas have a refundable security deposit, shown on the villa’s page. It’s paid with your balance (or with the full payment if you book within 12 weeks of arrival). If no issues are reported, it’s refunded within 10 days of the end of your stay. If the owner reports damage, breakages or extra cleaning, we refund the rest of the deposit, less those costs, within 30 days. Refunds go back to your payment card or by EU bank transfer.
