This beautiful 5 bedroom seafront villa is located in the centre of Protaras, within a 5 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay Beach and all local amenities.

As soon as you enter the property, you are greeted by the spectacular sea views that the villa offers. On entering, you will find the lavish reception area with a retractable glass ceiling and glass tiled floors that feature two rattan sunbeds and a sofa bed. As you continue walking through, you will find the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner leather sofa and armchair and widescreen TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There are large patio doors with electric blinds that lead you out to the pool area.

Leading off from the other side of the reception is a second living room area with fabric sofas, a widescreen TV and a DVD Player. You will also find the ground-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, including a microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. There are large patio doors with electric blinds that lead you out onto the swimming pool terrace. Leading off from the other side of the reception is a second living room area with fabric sofas, a widescreen TV and a DVD Player. There is also a ground-floor shower room with a WC.

On the lower ground floor, you will find four bedrooms and a utility room housing a washing machine and clothes dryer.

All four bedrooms have king-size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two of the en suite bathrooms have bathtubs, separate walk-in shower cubicles and WC. The other two en-suite bathrooms have walk-in shower cubicles and a WC.

On the first floor, you will find the fifth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which offers a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle, king-size bed and large windows offering fantastic sea views.

Outside, you will find the 6.2m x 3.8m infinity swimming pool with roman steps and an overall depth of 1.25m surrounded by a wooden decking area furnished with umbrellas and sun loungers for soaking up the Cyprus sunshine. The barbecue twinned with the outdoor dining area creates the ideal environment for al fresco dining.

Steps from the swimming pool terrace lead down to the large grassy lawn and the beach footpath.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 400 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally, the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 400 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
