This three bedroom bungalow style villa with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, sits on a small development on the outskirts of Coral Bay Resort, yet only a few minutes' walk from the resort centre and beach. Combining stylish furnishings with modern finishes this villa provides a spacious and comfortable base from which to explore some of the many delights the West coast of Cyprus has to offer.

As you enter the villa, a set of stairs will lead you down to the large and spacious open plan living and dining area. The neutral tones of the furniture are contrasted with the bright, modern colours of the accessories, creating a stylish yet comfortable ambience.

The open plan ground floor is stylishly furnished with a three-seat sofa, two-seat sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. There is also a flat-screen TV with android system and wireless internet connection for your entertainment. French doors are opening out onto the outdoor furnished terrace area and private swimming pool.

Adjacent to the lounge area is the dining area furnished with a large dining table and five matching chairs.

The kitchen has a contemporary feel and is well stocked with all necessary utensils and equipment, including electric oven, hob, two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Patio doors lead onto the veranda.

The 3 large air-conditioned rooms can accommodate 6 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. The en-suite master bedroom has a queen size bed as well as the second bedroom too whilst the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds each with a dedicated bathroom serving both rooms.

The property offers air conditioning for cooling and heating throughout (see rental rates). The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

The outside area is where you will find the furnished terrace and private 8m kidney shaped swimming pool which is surrounded by garden furniture, sunbeds with umbrellas and manicured spacious lawn. The barbecue provided allow for the perfect al-fresco dining experience whilst savouring the stunning Mediterranean Sea views.

The villa has private gated parking for 1 car.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance for the duration of stay at a rate of €60 per night. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

This villa has a very good location. The size of the villa is good for 2 to 6 People. The outside could entertain even more people. The living room has a nice size and there is parking on the property for one car. A second car could park in front of the villa on the private street.

This property does not disappoint. The location is perfect for all needs, beach, shops and restaurants. This was a family holiday, with a young child. We loved the family time, but also the high table at the end of the garden to have a drink with a view each evening when the little one was down. We’ve enjoyed ourselves so much, we’ve booked to come again.

The area is very convenient with many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and pharmacies! Although so closed to all the above amenities, the house is located in a very quiet area where you can actually relax by the pool having nice sea views at the same time! The house has many facilities/amenities. Overall it was a great experience, kids loved the pool and the huge garden, where they spend lots of happy and playful time!
