This spacious and stylishly furnished villa is a great choice for families looking for a peaceful holiday but with easy access to the resort's amenities and within a few minutes stroll of a beach.

The spacious ground floor consists of an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. Comfortable sofas are arranged around the ornamental fireplace and or entertainment you will find a 50" wall-mounted TV with access to a range of UK and other TV channels, wireless internet connection, Playstation 3 that doubles up to be a DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a large American-style fridge freezer with an ice maker, an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is discreetly located in the first-floor bathroom. The dining area features an extendable dining table with 8 high-backed chairs.

The first of the five bedrooms is found on the ground floor, this is a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room.

Three more bedrooms are located on the first floor, the master double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en suite shower room whilst the twin bedrooms have access to the full family bathroom found on this level. Both the master double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have access to the large pool-facing balcony with views of the Golden Coast fishing shelter overlooked by a tiny whitewashed chapel.

The final bedroom benefits from separate access as external steps lead from the pool level to the lower ground level where a self-contained apartment is located. There is a bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite shower room and a small lounge with a sofa bed and TV.

All five bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units (for both cooling and heating) which is included in the price. A safety deposit box is available and the owners have thoughtfully supplied a hairdryer and pool towels for guests use. A baby cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request.

A pool table is at the villa for entertainment.

Outside the large 10m x 5m private pool with ladder access is surrounded by an ample sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. The swimming pool can also be heated during the winter months (Oct-Apr) allowing the property to be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A built-in BBQ unit with a gas BBQ provides a great opportunity for summer dining al fresco during the hot summer months. An outdoor table and chairs can be placed under shade for those seeking a break from the intensity of the midday sun. A corner garden area provides a welcome splash of colour to the villa's grounds and perimeter fencing, hedging and tall carob trees ensure the pool area enjoys a good degree of privacy.

Please note: This villa is not available to single-sex groups (i.e. family bookings only). Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for cooling and heating).

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. An optional supplement for heating the swimming pool from October to April must be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of € 25 per night.

This was the first time we had stayed in this area of Cyprus and we were not disappointed. Pernera has a beautiful little beach just minutes away from the villa and was perfect for everyone on the trip as it had sand, warm sea, water sports and also offered boat trips. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and although there were 10 of us staying, there was more than enough space both inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and there were 3 separate seating areas outside. The pool was spotless and very well maintained and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The property manager, Wayne was extremely helpful. The only thing I would perhaps suggest to the owners would be to provide a manual with instructions for appliances, the shower boost etc and also some local info about the bus service etc.. This is not a criticism in any way as it didn't spoil the time we spent there but would have been slightly easier. The previously mentioned bus service was superb as the route is right along the coast and goes through Protaras and Aiya Napa for only 1 euro per person, which is excellent value. All of us would definitely stay here again.

Our first family villa holiday was a success. Right from the start the office staff when paying were very professional and helpful. The facilities and quality of the Villa, were just fantastic. The Kitchen was brilliantly equipped and my daughters loved the ice facility on the fridge. The air conditioning units were a god send. We loved and spent most of our time in the pool, even my mum and mother in law who both don't swim. All in all we had a great time and Wayne was most helpful and was there at a drop of hat when we had a problem with the roof water tank leaking and also when we needed the nearest hospital for my 4 year old.
