Enter through a grand hallway into a spacious open-plan living area featuring a cosy sitting room with a fireplace and flat-screen TV, and a dining space. Large patio doors open directly onto a generous terrace and pool area, offering stunning vistas both indoors and out.

A second lounge/playroom provides a perfect space for children or a quiet retreat from the main group.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine. Enjoy meals at the indoor dining table or step through the patio doors to dine al fresco on the terrace.

The main floor hosts four bedrooms: a king-size master with en-suite shower room, two double bedrooms, and one twin room. A family bathroom serves the latter three rooms.

Upstairs, a spacious landing with a seating area overlooks the main living space. On either side are two large bedrooms: one with a super king-size bed plus a single, and the other with a super king-size bed and a sofa bed (available on request). Both bedrooms include kitchenettes, en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies offering stunning sea and mountain views.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Outside, enjoy shaded and open-air furnished terraces, a dedicated fully equipped BBQ area, a 14m x 6m swimming pool (1.5m deep), an adjacent children’s pool, and a non-heated jacuzzi. Sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool, while the mature gardens, filled with seasonal fruit trees, invite you to pick and enjoy nature’s bounty during your stay.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning, central heating during the winter months, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.
