This luxurious 5 bedroom villa, uniquely designed by the owner and furnished to the highest standard is located on the world renown Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. With the largest private swimming pool on the resort that sits boastfully within the beautiful gardens of the villa and together with a large jacuzzi, astro turfed lawn and plentiful, shaded terraces, this villa promises a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The spacious, gated driveway lies at the front of the villa set in beautiful gardens, and right from the outset this villa impresses. Upon entering the villa you are greeted with the bright, stylish dining room with concertina doors that run the length of the room, offering an instant, unforgettable view out to the wonderful outside terrace, swimming pool, garden and golf course beyond.
The dining room sits between the main living area, kitchen area and the first of the five luxurious bedrooms. The open plan living area and kitchen are both modern, inviting and comfortable; with a floating kitchen bar and stools, comfortable sofas, a large screen TV which offers a wide range of UK TV channels, full range of sports channels, unlimited movies, music channels and wireless internet connection. This area is the social hub of the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances and there is a second side kitchen with its own sink, two dishwashers and second fridge/freezer.
The first of the villa’s bedrooms is located on the ground floor; a double room with patio doors which offer views over the swimming pool and garden. This bedroom benefits from having a large screen TV and ceiling fan. A walk through wardrobe space with large mirrors leads into the bedroom's en suite bathroom which boasts a large walk-in shower. This bedroom can be made into a twin room upon request.
On the ground floor but with its own separate entrance from the main villa, is the second double bedroom; this can be accessed by a separate front door, or via the outside terrace patio doors to the rear. This self-contained double room also has plenty of wardrobe space, a TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. This bedroom also has the option of being made into a twin room.
Stairs from the ground floor lead up to the stunning first floor seating area. The height of opulence, this room is dressed in marble, stylish cream sofas and is beautifully decorated with the area being a haven to relax and soak up the views that spill into the room through the full length concertina doors. This area is perfect for letting go of all the stresses of life with a good book, escaping the rest of the family while they make use of the fantastic outside space, or enjoying a glass of champagne as the sun sets, and the garden lights up.
The villa’s remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor; an impressive master bedroom is set to one side of the first floor sitting area. The bedroom has a large screen TV, ceiling fan, separate walk-in wardrobe with full length mirror doors, an en suite with a large walk-in shower and also “his and hers” sinks. The private balcony for this impressive bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and garden. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom, are set off to the other side of the sitting area: a lockable door means that they can be treated as their own annex. The twin bedroom has two interconnecting doors to the double room, and the bedrooms share a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have patio doors that open out to offer views over the swimming pool and garden and have large screen TVs. The beautiful double bedroom also benefits from having a ceiling fan.
A baby cot and highchair are available on request prior to arrival and an additional charge.
Venturing up one more floor and you will find the spacious top floor outside terrace which offers the same wonderful view of the swimming pool, garden, golf course and mountains but from a higher perspective and more peaceful outlook.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans, and there is underfloor heating for all year round comfort.
The villa’s large outside space has been well thought out by the owner, beautifully landscaped and boasts the best private swimming pool on the resort - an impressive 25m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps entrance to one end, and marble bar stools to the other. The swimming pool is a non-chlorine pool and also has heating available upon request (please see rental rates).
A luxury holiday villa’s outside areas do not come better than the outside area of this superb villa; as well as the swimming pool you will find a large hot tub, a large astroturfed lawn offering unobstructed views onto the golf course, perfect for sunbathing, a stylish dining area set by the swimming pool, a shaded side space which hosts a table tennis table, a built-in gas barbecue, and a shaded terrace with plenty of seating areas to make the most of. The hot tub has its own sound system (that you can connect to your phone, and radio stations) that provides the outside area with music. The space and facilities have been perfectly designed to keep everyone entertained and happy throughout your stay. The outside dining area together with the barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy al fresco dining in a beautiful relaxing setting.
Weddings
A wedding ceremony and / or reception can be held at the villa attended by up to 80 guests.
