On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living area boasting stunning sea views, soft seating, satellite TV, a DVD player, and an open fireplace. The dining area accommodates six, while the contemporary kitchen includes all essential appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay. This level also includes a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

A marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one twin and one double—each with its own en-suite shower room.

Outside, the spacious, sun-filled garden hosts an 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 1.4m) surrounded by a variety of plants and trees. There’s plenty of space for sunbathing and alfresco dining, and a winding staircase connects to an open first-floor balcony, perfect for enjoying the warm late-afternoon sun.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 250 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request locally, the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

A lovely villa, with the most beautiful view over the village and the sea. Set up the hill, about a 5 minute drive drive from the centre of the village, but the views make the drive well worth it. The village is very quiet (though to be fair it was the end of the season, high summer may be different). The villa was spotless, and well stocked with everything we needed.
