This is a beautifully decorated, well-appointed, three bedroomed villa with a spacious outside area and private pool. The property is located within a five-minute walk from the Village Square, Golf Clubhouse and Resort facilities.

The ground floor hosts the lovely kitchen, dining and living area which has a lovely homely feel to it due to its decor and views over the pool and golf course. The villa is well equipped with free Wi-Fi, a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option, a DVD player and Playstation 2. The room opens up out onto the terrace, giving the whole room nice light air. The first double room is found on the ground floor, as well as the first of the bathrooms which have a large shower.

The upper floor in the villa houses the master double bedroom, twin room and second bathroom (with bath and shower). The master bedroom has two balconies, and the twin room has one balcony, all of which with wonderful views of the golf course, sunset and sea views beyond.

A baby cot and highchair are available free of charge.

The interior of the property is fully air-conditioned throughout for all-year-round comfort.

Outside, the large terrace has ample space for 6 sunbeds and a dining area, set in a pretty garden with an 8m x 4m swimming pool, with lovely views over the golf course. The spacious exterior compliments the lovely interior of the villa, and together make for a perfect holiday home from home, ideal for small families, golfers or those who simply want the perfect place to relax in the sun...

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 500KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Electricity consumption exceeding the 500 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
