This beautiful palatial styled 7-bedroom villa, designed to the highest standard, is located in the popular tourist area of Coral Bay, within a short walk from the popular Coral Bay beach. Arriving at the villa you immediately notice the large sweeping staircases and the impressive facade of the villa. The property has 3 levels and each floor provides its own spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and television, perfect for larger groups and families to socialise and have their own privacy.

Upon entering the villa you will find yourself in the grand entrance hall featuring pillars leading the way to the large cinema/bar room. This spacious room has a bar with 3 bar stools, a feature wall, a log burning fireplace and the luxury of a projector cinema from which you can watch TV and movies directly from your laptop or the DVD player.

On this floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with two washing machines, a dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

Moving up to the first floor you will find the large open plan living and dining area where large patio doors lead the way to the furnished terrace and impressive swimming pool.

The living area has seating for up to 6 and for entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with Sky satellite channels and a DVD player. In the centre of the room the large dining table offers plenty of seating for up to 14 guests and amazing views from the large bay windows.

Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is a further fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle.

On the first floor you will also find the first 3 bedrooms of the villa. These bedrooms are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The twin bedrooms share a shower room and the double bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

From one of the twin bedrooms a large balcony featuring amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea is accessible, whereas the other twin bedroom and the double bedroom have direct access to the patio area and swimming pool.

Moving up to the second floor of this villa you will find the second living area with a comfortable settee and a flat screen TV with satellite TV and a table football. From here you have access to a balcony overlooking the patio and swimming pool area.

Also on the second floor are the remaining 4 bedrooms of this villa. The master bedroom is a double bedroom with mirrored wardrobes and a large bay window providing stunning sea views. A balcony allows you to enjoy the views and sunset. The master bedroom has the luxury of a large en suite bathroom with both a shower and bath made in natural stone.

A double bedroom shares access to the same balcony as the master bedroom.

A further double bedroom features an en suite bathroom and shares a balcony overlooking the patio area and swimming pool with a twin bedroom.

On the second floor you will also find a separate shower room.

Moving on up to the top floor you will find a small kitchenette with hob and dishwasher.

All bedrooms of this villa are air conditioned and a baby cot and high chair is available upon request.
A scanner and printer can be provided on request (at a supplement).

From the first floor living/dining area you have direct access to the impressive outdoor areas at the rear of the villa. An open air lounge area being surrounded by archways provides shade and the perfect setting for an evening drink.

The wooden deck leads the way to the 11m x 5m heated swimming pool with walk in steps. Here you will find plenty of sun beds for you to enjoy a relaxing day in the Cypriot sun. A circular pool adjacent to the main swimming pool features a waterfall effect.

To the side of the villa you will find a large pergola covering the outdoor dining area seating 14 guests. Here tables and chairs combined with the large gas barbecue provide you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy the experience of outdoor dining.

The villa provides off-road parking for 2 cars, with plenty of additional road side parking.

A small wedding ceremony and / or reception is permitted at the villa with a maximum of 14 guests attending (including the occupancy of the villa). Pricing Notes

Rates include: Welcome grocery pack, wireless internet, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights) and air conditioning.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €700 is payable in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the rate of €75 per night. Underfloor heating is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the charge of €40 per night.

Please note: No additional guests are allowed to attend the property without prior written consent from The Villa Group. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa. This villa is not available to single sex groups.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and / or reception) the following condition applies: Up to 14 guests (including occupancy of the villa) is permitted.

After we had picked a suitable Villa that met all our essentials, booking was extremely easy. Had a few questions regarding payments and timelines that Lisa dealt with quickly. We also organised massages and nail treatments via Lisa which worked out perfectly. The therapist, Irena, came to the Villa and all the girls were delighted with the service. The Villa: Big 7 bedroom Villa to accommodate 14 people just off the end of main Coral Bay strip. Quite a grandiose design which looks very impressive. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach and same to bars and restaurants but still very quiet. Unusually, also within easy walk to a “big” supermarket on par with a Tesco or Morrisons. The supermarket also provided free transport back to residence, so a big shop was very easy. The Villa itself was plenty big enough for 14. Bedrooms all good standard, 2 separate living areas and 2 games room on bottom floor. The pool area is superb. Great pool with proper deep end and plenty loungers and seating for all. An area which was well used. Large outdoor seating area to side of Villa, no problem sitting all 14. Big gas BBQ and separate charcoal BBQ, both well used. Villa had 1 main kitchen and 2 smaller kitchen areas. Would have preferred 1 bigger kitchen and separate laundry room. Cooker in main kitchen small for such a large group. Again not a problem as BBQs used much more. Must note that WiFi was great. Very fast and never once went off. Also handled multiple devices online at same time. All in all a great experience. I’d certainly use Villa Group again in the future. If you’re looking for a Villa for a large group with all that you’d expect and close to everything this could be for you.
