This beautiful palatial styled 7-bedroom villa, designed to the highest standard, is located in the popular tourist area of Coral Bay, within a short walk from the popular Coral Bay beach. Arriving at the villa you immediately notice the large sweeping staircases and the impressive facade of the villa. The property has 3 levels and each floor provides its own spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and television, perfect for larger groups and families to socialise and have their own privacy.
Upon entering the villa you will find yourself in the grand entrance hall featuring pillars leading the way to the large cinema/bar room. This spacious room has a bar with 3 bar stools, a feature wall, a log burning fireplace and the luxury of a projector cinema from which you can watch TV and movies directly from your laptop or the DVD player.
On this floor you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with two washing machines, a dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.
Moving up to the first floor you will find the large open plan living and dining area where large patio doors lead the way to the furnished terrace and impressive swimming pool.
The living area has seating for up to 6 and for entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with Sky satellite channels and a DVD player. In the centre of the room the large dining table offers plenty of seating for up to 14 guests and amazing views from the large bay windows.
Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is a further fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle.
On the first floor you will also find the first 3 bedrooms of the villa. These bedrooms are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. The twin bedrooms share a shower room and the double bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
From one of the twin bedrooms a large balcony featuring amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea is accessible, whereas the other twin bedroom and the double bedroom have direct access to the patio area and swimming pool.
Moving up to the second floor of this villa you will find the second living area with a comfortable settee and a flat screen TV with satellite TV and a table football. From here you have access to a balcony overlooking the patio and swimming pool area.
Also on the second floor are the remaining 4 bedrooms of this villa. The master bedroom is a double bedroom with mirrored wardrobes and a large bay window providing stunning sea views. A balcony allows you to enjoy the views and sunset. The master bedroom has the luxury of a large en suite bathroom with both a shower and bath made in natural stone.
A double bedroom shares access to the same balcony as the master bedroom.
A further double bedroom features an en suite bathroom and shares a balcony overlooking the patio area and swimming pool with a twin bedroom.

From the first floor living/dining area you have direct access to the impressive outdoor areas at the rear of the villa. An open air lounge area being surrounded by archways provides shade and the perfect setting for an evening drink.
The wooden deck leads the way to the 11m x 5m heated swimming pool with walk in steps. Here you will find plenty of sun beds for you to enjoy a relaxing day in the Cypriot sun. A circular pool adjacent to the main swimming pool features a waterfall effect.
To the side of the villa you will find a large pergola covering the outdoor dining area seating 14 guests. Here tables and chairs combined with the large gas barbecue provide you with the perfect opportunity to enjoy the experience of outdoor dining.
The villa provides off-road parking for 2 cars, with plenty of additional road side parking.
A small wedding ceremony and / or reception is permitted at the villa with a maximum of 14 guests attending (including the occupancy of the villa).
