These attractive villas each with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, sit on a small development on the outskirts of Coral Bay. Combining stylish furnishings with modern finishes these villas provide a spacious and comfortable base from which to explore some of the many delights the West coast of Cyprus has to offer.

The living area is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite and internet TV, wireless internet connection and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs.

The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a twin-bedded room with an adjacent shower room.

Each of the first-floor bedrooms features en suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, whilst the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the front of the villa.

The 8m x 4m private pool with both walk-in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.

Please note the following: These villas are not available to single-sex groups (i.e. family bookings only). Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Due to the villas being in a complex no loud music, no parties or events, without prior permission from The Villa Group before booking.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) up to 400kWh.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is required to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Note regarding the electricity/air conditioning consumption: It is requested that the air conditioning usage is used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 3 bedroom villa: 400kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and in the event, that the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount, before departure from the villa, in cash, in EU (euros).

For 2025 the electricity allowance will be 350 kwh. Excess consumption is charged at 0.48c per kwH, and deducted from the damage deposit. The excess consumption rate is based on the tariff at the time of stay and is not fixed for the year, as the villa supplier cannot predict the cost of electricity in 2025.

We spent our Wedding and Honeymoon in this villa, what an amazing place. The villa is very spacious and for the two of us we felt like we had moved up in the world. Andreas is extremely helpful and anything we wanted he was happy to help us out. The air con was a godsend as we experienced temp of 50c, the pool and terrace kept us chilled and we even had our 20 wedding guests over the night before the big day for a bbq and pool party. We all loved it...and the neighbours were fab. The welcome pack was greatly received and I must if you want a cuppa after your flight. We had a magical time in Coral Bay and we will never forget our Wedding/honeymoon. We hired a little buggy to get around but its not really needed. Restaurants are about 20 mins away, but the big supermarket Phillippos and city supermarket is about 40 mins walk. Thanks for an amazing 10 day Andreas and his family.

Just returned from a week's stay at this villa.My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. The villa itself was excellent and the views from the villa at night are amazing.Its very private yet you are only 5 mins away, by car, from the Coral Bay strip and 15-25mins to Pafos harbor.Andreas is very accommodating and is always there to help. A great host.Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

The villa is very pretty, spacious, good size kitchen, lovely rooms (we had the pool view) good size sitting area and excellent swimming pool area with barbeque facilities. The swimming pool was heaven (like a warm bath) perfect size. The area the villa is situated in is quiet (2 minute walk takes you to a stunning beauty spot) but that worked for us as we wanted a very relaxing week. There is a an irish bar nearby within walking distance which we went to a few times, next door to that is a restuarant, we never used it but it seemed busy. Overall a lovely break. The owners of the villa live oppositie the villa area and were incredibly helpful.

Villa is exactly like on photos – nice and clean, with all the stuff you need and free wifi. There is a nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas in the yard. In one word – if you need a quiet family holidays, it’s a perfect choice. Thanks Andreas!

Well what can we say? Perfect in every way.The villa was spacious & clean. The pool was big enough, regularly maintained.The bedrooms were fine, the bathrooms modern.The facilities outside for BBQ were good and used everydayWe will be back! For certain....The kids loved it - we had a very relaxing time.Andreas was responsive and attentive - I guess if you live in one of the villa's yourself that is just proof that they are top notch.

The location, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Although we hired a car, we spent a considerable time walking from/to the villa to all the local attractions. In the digital realtime world we live in, it was exhilarating to just "go-with-the-flow" and stroll around without having to worry about drinking and driving and having to be anywhere on time. Watching the sun go down form the top floor balcony was simply awesome. In a nutshell if you want to chillax this is the place to stay.
