These attractive villas each with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, sit on a small development on the outskirts of Coral Bay. Combining stylish furnishings with modern finishes these villas provide a spacious and comfortable base from which to explore some of the many delights the West coast of Cyprus has to offer.

The living area with an ornamental fireplace is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite and internet TV, wireless internet connection and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located in the en-suite bathroom). The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs.

The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, one with its own en suite shower room, the other with access to the full family bathroom that completes the accommodation.

Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating, which are included in the price. A baby cot, highchair and hairdryers can be provided on request.

The 8m x 4m private pool with both walk-in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) up to 400kWh.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is required to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Note regarding the electricity/air conditioning consumption: It is requested that the air conditioning usage is used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 3 bedroom villa: 400kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and in the event, that the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount, before departure from the villa, in cash, in EU (euros).

For 2025 the electricity allowance will be 350 kwh. Excess consumption is charged at 0.48c per kwH, and deducted from the damage deposit. The excess consumption rate is based on the tariff at the time of stay and is not fixed for the year, as the villa supplier cannot predict the cost of electricity in 2025.

On arrival at the bungalow, everything was as described. High chair and cot for the baby as well as a fridge full of basic necessities such as milk, bread, sandwich fillers and cereals. Certainly enough to keep you going until you can make it to the supermarket. The place was clean and tidy and the pool was a big hit with the children. The purpose built BBQ was ideal for those nights when we ate in and the main 'Philppos' supermarket in Coral Bay had a fantastic butchery section which catered well for BBQ's. The bungalow was only a couple of hundred yards from the sea but if you want a sandy safe beach for the children then you'll need to use the Coral Bay beach approximately 5 -8 minutes walk away. If you are travelling with children then I would suggest that you put a few DVD's in for them for those occasions you may want to keep them out of the sun for an hour or two. During our two week stay, we had no problems at all with the bungalow. Andreas was regularly floating about and available for queries or assistance. He was very helpful and genuinely wanted guests to enjoy their stay. I can't fault the place and I would definately consider returning again.

The bungalow is situated in a quiet cul de sac, in open countryside but a perfect position to take advantage of local amenities if required. The rooms are excellent and clean. The villa is well equiped to a high standard. The outside area was perfect with well placed bbq and a well maintained, spotlessly clean pool. Andreas was an excellent host who kept in the background and was friendly & helpful. A base for a very successful holiday. Will book again next year if possible.

The first impression when driving into the parking slot was: Wow, this looks promising. That impression stayed after checking out the pool in the backyard and after doing the tour through the rooms. We were impressed: it was even better than in the pictures.The bungalow has a huge living room with the kitchen at the other end, 1 master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers and 1 with bathtub. All rooms were clean and decorated with a modern taste. The kids (Aged 9 and 11) really loved the private pool and there were even some toys to play with. The location of the bungalow is a bit remote, so there are no restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity, but the closest ones are in walking distance. The good side is that there are no large crowds of tourist nearby, so peace and quiet is guaranteed. I would recommend a rental car, but I'm sure it's possible to do without one. Andreas, the owner, lives closeby. He was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, as suggesting tavernas to eat or places to visit. Overall, the property exceeded all expections and we would definitely recommend it.
