These attractive 3 bedroom villas, each with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, sit on a small development on the outskirts of Coral Bay. Combining stylish furnishings with modern finishes, these villas provide a spacious and comfortable base from which to explore some of the many delights the West coast of Cyprus has to offer.

The living area is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite and internet TV, wireless internet connection and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs.

The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a twin-bedded room with an adjacent shower room.

Each of the first floor bedrooms features en suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, whilst the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the front of the villa.

The 8m x 4m private pool with both walk-in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) up to 400kWh.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is required to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Note regarding the electricity/air conditioning consumption: It is requested that the air conditioning usage be used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 3 bedroom villa: 400kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and in the event that the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount, before departure from the villa, in cash, in Euros.
