The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs.
The master double bedroom features an en suite bathroom and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, one with its own en suite shower room, the other with access to the full family bathroom completes the accommodation.
Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating, which are included in the price. A baby cot, highchair and hairdryers can be provided on request.
The 8m x 4m private pool with both walk-in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) up to 400kWh.
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is required to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.
Note regarding the electricity/air conditioning consumption: It is requested that the air conditioning usage is used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 3 bedroom villa: 400kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and in the event, that the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount, before departure from the villa, in cash, in EU (euros).
For 2025 the electricity allowance will be 350 kwh. Excess consumption is charged at 0.48c per kwH, and deducted from the damage deposit. The excess consumption rate is based on the tariff at the time of stay and is not fixed for the year, as the villa supplier cannot predict the cost of electricity in 2025.
