These attractive villas each with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, sit on a small development on the outskirts of Coral Bay. Combining stylish furnishings with modern finishes these villas provide a spacious and comfortable base from which to explore some of the many delights the West coast of Cyprus has to offer.

The living area with an ornamental fireplace is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite and internet TV, wireless internet connection and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located in the en-suite bathroom). The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs.

The master double bedroom features an en suite bathroom and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, one with its own en suite shower room, the other with access to the full family bathroom completes the accommodation.

Each of the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating, which are included in the price. A baby cot, highchair and hairdryers can be provided on request.

The 8m x 4m private pool with both walk-in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) up to 400kWh.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is required to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Note regarding the electricity/air conditioning consumption: It is requested that the air conditioning usage is used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 3 bedroom villa: 400kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and in the event, that the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount, before departure from the villa, in cash, in EU (euros).

For 2025 the electricity allowance will be 350 kwh. Excess consumption is charged at 0.48c per kwH, and deducted from the damage deposit. The excess consumption rate is based on the tariff at the time of stay and is not fixed for the year, as the villa supplier cannot predict the cost of electricity in 2025.

Bungalow was even better in real life than on the website if that is possible! It is in an ideal quiet location, but near to Coral bay and its restaurants. Andreas was extremely helpful in trying to make our visit as enjoyable as possible. We arrived late at night and found a welcome pack which enabled us to have breakfast and lunch the next day without the need to rush out to a supermarket. We visited the tombs of the kings, the mosaics and the harbour area in Pathos all of which are lovely. I would recommend the bungalow to anyone and I rarely say that after I have been abroad!

We stayed at this bungalow in July. It was spacious, modern, extremely clean and cool with a brilliant AC system. On arrival Andreas was kind enough to stock the villa with essentials like bread, cheese, ham, butter, milk and water, this was unexpected and very much welcomed after a long day. All of the bedrooms are large, clean and cool. The kitchen area is more than sufficient with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and halogen hob. The dining area is large and the living area has a big flat screen TV and huge corner suite .... total luxury. The outside area is as beautiful and as well kept as the interior of the bungalow. The front garden is very pretty. To the back of the property is a large patio area with six comfortable cushioned sun loungers and large parasol. The pool is large enough for a small swim and lounging about on a lilo! The pool is looked after incredibly well by a woman Andreas employs; she is very friendly and hardworking and does a terrific job. We used the BBQ several times which was fantastic. Andreas was extremely helpful throughout the whole of our stay and knowledgeable of the area, always on hand to help and very welcoming. We will be going to the villa again without a shadow of a doubt.
