These attractive villas each with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, sit on a small development on the outskirts of Coral Bay. Combining stylish furnishings with modern finishes these villas provide a spacious and comfortable base from which to explore some of the many delights the West coast of Cyprus has to offer.

The villas feature an open plan area consisting of a living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area with an ornamental fireplace is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite and internet TV, wireless internet connection and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located in the en-suite bathroom). The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs.

The master double bedroom features an en suite bathroom and patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The two remaining bedrooms are twin-bedded rooms, one with its en-suite shower room, and the other with access to the full family bathroom that completes the accommodation.

Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating, which are included in the price. A baby cot, highchair and hairdryers can be provided on request.

The 8m x 4m private pool with both walk-in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating) up to 400kWh.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is required to be paid in advance together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Note regarding the electricity/air conditioning consumption: It is requested that the air conditioning usage is used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 3 bedroom villa: 400kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and in the event, that the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount, before departure from the villa, in cash, in EU (euros).

For 2025 the electricity allowance will be 350 kwh. Excess consumption is charged at 0.48c per kwH, and deducted from the damage deposit. The excess consumption rate is based on the tariff at the time of stay and is not fixed for the year, as the villa supplier cannot predict the cost of electricity in 2025.

We stayed in this bungalow in September for just under two weeks. We were a party of 5 adults looking for comfortable accommodation. and found proper good quality beds, modern decor, well equipped kitchen and a lovely pool / bbq area. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and all the rooms were a good size with plenty of cupboard space and air con. Andreas and Tina went out of their way to help us , with great local area knowledge and advice. The villa is a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay beach and 2 minutes to Coralia Beach. We would definitely stay here again and couldn't recommend it more highly.

We stayed in this bungalow with our 2 children ages 6 months and 2 years. What an excellent holiday, the bungalow had everything we needed and Andreas the owner and family were always on hand if you needed anything. We had a welcome pack on arrival and with small children the AC in the villa was brilliant as it sure is hot in August. The pool outside is lovely and well maintained and there is an outside shower and BBQ which was well used. The area is fantastic, you are slightly away from all the noise but close enough if you want it, I would recommend a car however (we had one) and it meant trips out exploring the island or simply to the supermarket were easy. Lara beach is a must visit as is Imogens inn for dinner in a small village close by. There is so much to do in the area we loved both the villa and the local area. For those wanting a relaxing and affordable villa stay yet with 5 star villa quality these villas are the place for you

The bungalow itself had 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms with 3 bathrooms. The kitchen/dining area and living room were huge. Outside there was a dining area and BBQ. The pool was a perfect size for the children and certainly helped us cool off. Within 10 minutes walk from the villa there was a bar and a restaurant which were very pleasant, but it was in the main Coral Bay town where you would find a wider choice, which was only a short bus ride away (€2 return). The beach was only a 10 minute walk and was really pretty, sunbeds and umbrellas were surprisingly cheap. The kids had a lovely time building sandcastles and playing in the rock pools. We had the most amazing time on this holiday and our plans are to go back next year!

The bungalow was lovely and was just like home from home with water you could drink from a filter so you didn't have to go and buy bottles of water and then carry them home in the heat, the host (Adnreas) had english plugs installed so you didn't have to worry about adaptors. He really has thought of everything. On arrival they had left us a few bits like milk, cereal, fruit, tea bags and coffee which was very welcomed when we didn't get in until 3am after a delayed flight. We will definately be going again and asking to stay in this villa hopefully in October.
