The villa is located within a short stroll from one of the area’s blue flag beaches. The centre of Coral Bay is within a 25 minute walk of the villa.

The open plan modern living with internet TV, comfortable seating, DVD player, floor-to-ceiling windows, dining area seating 10, wood and granite fully equipped kitchen offers a bright and spacious area.

Air conditioning is available throughout and is included in the rental cost.

Moving to the first floor, you will find the villa’s bedrooms: a spacious master suite with king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Three twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower, complete the villa’s bedrooms. A den area on the first floor is an ideal area to sit and relax with a book.

A baby cot, highchair and stair gates are available upon request.

A rooftop garden offers views across the Mediterranean and is the perfect area to relax, unwind and enjoy the stunning views.

The 8m x 4.5m swimming pool with walk-in steps and depths of 1m to 1.5m is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds, setting the scene for relaxing under the Cyprus sunshine. The villa’s outside furniture and barbecue allow you to truly enjoy al-fresco dining. For the more energetic members of the group, there is table tennis available.

Please note the following before booking: This villa is not available to single sex groups (i.e. family bookings only). Smoking is not permitted inside this villa. Due to the villas being in a complex, the following must be adhered to: No loud music. No parties or events without prior permission from The Villa Group before booking.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, electricity consumption up to 600kWh and air conditioning (for both cooling and heating).

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €550 is required to be paid in advance, together with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Electricity/ Air con consumption:
It is requested that the air conditioning usage be used considerately, and limitations are in place to ensure guests are conscious of their usage. A kWh reading will be taken on the day of arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 600kWh - Each unit used above and beyond this limit will be charged at 0.35c per kWH. In the event of excessive usage over and above the limit, the charge will be taken from the damage deposit, and if the damage deposit does not cover the extra charge, the guest is to pay the amount before departure from the villa, in cash, in Euros.

Simply incredible. We hired 2 villas next door to each other for a big group of us, out in Cyprus for a friends wedding. The villas were brilliant.
