“Simply majestic” is how this villa is described by its guests. The gated villa is set in 2000 sq metres of glorious gardens with orange, lemon and olive trees.

The property is an 8 bedroom villa sleeping up to 16 guests and is located in the beautiful area of St George, Sea Caves. Stunning views of the world-famous Akamas Peninsula can be enjoyed from the villa. The perfect setting and spacious outside grounds of the villa are ideal for a wedding ceremony and reception.

The popular family resort of Coral Bay is less than a 10 minute drive away and where you will find plenty of amenities and restaurants.

As you enter the villa there is a spacious living area with comfortable seating and TV with UK and international channels. Adjacent to the living area you will find the formal dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and modern appliances, a breakfast bar and a second smaller kitchen. From the living area moving outside through the patio doors, there is a large furnished terrace with plenty of seating available and al-fresco dining to be enjoyed. For relaxation, there is a hot tub on the terrace. Stairs from this area lead down to the swimming pool where there are plenty of sunbeds for relaxing under the beautiful Cyprus sunshine.

For the guest's entertainment, there is a pool table and table tennis at the villa for hours of fun to be enjoyed by all members of a group.

On the ground floor, the first of the villa’s bedrooms is found; a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom. These two bedrooms are ideal for a family due to the twin bedroom sharing the double bedroom's en-suite. A guest cloakroom is found on this floor.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms; a master bedroom, a double, and two twin bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite. From the master bedroom, you can access a large furnished balcony with views of the garden and swimming pool. There is also a kitchenette / laundry room on this floor that has a double sofa bed which can be prepared upon request, prior to arrival.

The final bedrooms for the villa are found on the lower ground floor; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a shower room. A kitchenette with microwave, fridge freezer and a coffee machine is found on this level.

Air conditioning is available at the villa throughout and during the winter months, central heating and a fireplace are available.

Baby cots (2 wooden cots and 1 travel cot) and two highchairs are available, upon request.

Outside there are private gardens, citrus orchards, an aromatic herb garden, and a 12m x 6m infinity heated swimming pool with walk-in steps and built-in jacuzzi (depths 1m to 1.7m). The swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, and umbrellas allowing everyone in the group to relax under the beautiful Cyprus sunshine. The villa offers a barbecue for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning, welcome pack, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €1,800 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the rate of €135 per night. Hot tub is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the rate of €75 per night. Central heating on the ground floor and first floor via wall radiators is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the rate of €75 per night.

Wedding conditions: For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and / or reception) attended by up to 70 guests, an event surcharge of Euros 1,500 in cash is paid locally on arrival. For more than 70 guests please contact us to discuss the surcharge.

The Villa is absolutely breathtaking! We had the best holiday here. The images do not do this place justice, it is beyond your imagination. My partner and I, along with our friends (11 total of us) were here for one week and we each wished we could have stayed longer! The entire property is well secured and immaculate. The hot tub is amazing, the pool size is great, the sun beds are really comfy. The outdoor details like ping pong, pool table, BBQ's, bar area, each elevate your stay, you're never bored! Then inside the villa we loved all the rooms and little details to make the place feel like home, each room is spacious and clean, the beds were super comfy. Overall amazingly impressive. Just an absolute joy to stay at. We have already said we want to revisit soon. We cant leave a review and not thank Christina, the property manager, she is a super hero and couldn't do more for you throughout your stay, her response time, professionalism and care are all second to non! Thank you Christina! This villa is not highly recommended from us, it is A MUST recommendation!!! You will love it!

We had a fabulous week at the villa, it by far exceeded our expectations, It was much larger and exactly like the images, the grounds were kept lovely, it was very well equipped, there were 2 BBQ areas, the garden BBQ area was fabulous, we used the huge seating area and set a bar up down there which was a great social setting. As a family group of 13 adults and a baby, we were impressed with the many well-stocked kitchen/ kitchenette areas and the amount of en-suite bathrooms, the swimming pool was a great size and we paid to get it heated, Christina our contact host was lovely, very attentive checking we had everything we needed, she gave us inflatables and games for the pool, made sure we had enough loungers and was contactable easily on the phone. We expected the table tennis but were really pleased to find we also had a pool table and a hot tub, The main bedroom was palatial and the balcony a great place to watch the sunset over the sea, the views were stunning from the villa. I wanted to give praise to Lisa at The Villa Group she was a great help before we came out with all aspects of the booking, I would use The Villa Group again. We would definitely recommend the Villa.
