On entering this villa you will first notice the marble flooring throughout. A pergola is ideally situated at the front entrance with relaxing furniture providing you with an area to sit and enjoy the beautiful views the surrounding areas offer.

The open plan living area features a cream leather comfortable corner sofa and beautiful ornaments and furnishings. For entertainment you will find a flat screen TV with satellite channels and wireless internet connection.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace, with pergola and feature stone arches which beautifully frames the view to the landscaped gardens and private swimming pool. Stairs lead down from here to the swimming pool terrace and gardens.

Adjacent to the living area is the dining area featuring an elegantly designed glass table with six leather chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, electric oven, 4 ring hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.

Air conditioning for both cooling & heating is available throughout the villa. A hairdryer is provided and upon request there is a baby cot and highchair available.

Further set of steps lead you up to a roof terrace, which offers breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains.

Moving down to the lower ground floor you will find a games room including a football table and a pool table.

Outside the large kidney-shaped swimming pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas where you can relax and enjoy views over the magnificent gulf and the impressive green mountains. The added bonus to this beautiful villa is the six person hot tub in the garden! The outside dining table and chairs together with the gas barbecue allows for you to truly enjoy al fresco dining.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels, air conditioning and jacuzzi/hot tub.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.
