Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom towels and air conditioning.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating if required, must be ordered in advance as the pool heating would commence 3 days before your arrival. The pool heating is charged at €410 per week (7 nights).
