This 3-bedroom bungalow is located on the outskirts of the Coral Bay Resort, within a few minutes drive to Coral Bay Beach and the resort centre.

As you enter the property, you will find the bright living and dining area, equipped with comfortable sofas, a relaxing armchair, a coffee table and a dining table seating up to 6 guests.

For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with an Android satellite system, DVD player and wireless internet connection. White and beige - are the main decor colours of the area, giving this space an airy and cheerful feeling. Patio doors lead from the living area to the pool terrace.

Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. There is a side door with direct access to a side veranda and garden.

A small hallway from the kitchen leads to a shower room and an adjacent double room featuring elegant furnishing and patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

The remaining two bedrooms are twin bedrooms located on the other side of the property, both sharing a family bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading to the pool area.

The property benefits from flyscreens throughout as well as air conditioning units for both cooling and heating. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

The outdoor patio features a dining table for up to 6 guests and together with barbecue provided, it offers a perfect setting for al-fresco dining. The private 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 0.90m x1.85m) and comfortable sunbeds are here for those seeking to enjoy hot Cyprus days. The covered games area with a pool table and darts board is ideal for those wishing to have a break from the sun. Adjacent there is a garden with trees and flowers.

Off-street parking just outside the villa entrance provides a space for 3 cars.

A bus stop operating towards St George is conveniently located just outside the property, while the bus stop for transport towards Paphos is approximately 200 metres from the house (please note that there is no pedestrian pavement).

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, pool/bathroom towels and air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €300 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: This villa is not available to single-sex groups or groups under 25 years old.

Spent a very enjoyable 12 nights at this spacious villa. The pool and surround area is amazing and very relaxing. Spent many evenings using the BBQ and looking at the stars. Villa is only a 2 mins drive to Coral Bay beach which is a nice, sheltered cove. Large supermarket nearby. Would recommend having a car due to proximity to busy road which is difficult to walk down. Restaurants are nearby. Has good internet and cable tv for any rainy evenings. Amazing sunsets from the roof!

Comfortable villa, great location on main road near supermarket, bars and restaurants. Had a car but the beach was walking distance and there was an excellent bus service into Paphos. Good sunday lunch in Darcy's restaurant just across the road from the villa. Villa and pool were cleaned regularly during our stay. Would recommend.
