Introducing an exclusive gem from The Villa Group, this charming 3-bedroom villa, complete with its own private swimming pool, promises an ideal setting close to the beach and amenities of Pissouri Bay, just a brief 5-minute stroll away.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan layout encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a corner sofa and a large flatscreen TV equipped with an Android system. The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine, while a convenient guest WC is located on this level.

Step through the patio doors from the living area onto the furnished terrace, where the inviting swimming pool awaits. Adjacent to the kitchen, a door leads out to the side of the villa, revealing a lush garden adorned with a variety of flowers and trees, including a seasonal lemon tree for picking.

Ascending a few steps, you'll discover the villa's first bedroom - a comfortable double bedroom with access to its own terrace. On the first floor, a family shower room awaits, along with a twin bedroom and the master bedroom featuring an en-suite shower and stunning views of Pissouri Bay.

For added comfort, air conditioning and ceiling fans are available throughout the villa.

A baby cot and highchair are available at the villa, on request.

Outside, the private heated 6m x 3m swimming pool with walk-in steps (depths 1.1m to 1.7m) is surrounded by ample sunbeds for soaking up the glorious Cyprus sunshine. An outdoor dining table set the scene for delightful al-fresco dining experiences.

Please note: Access to the villa involves several steps from the road, making it unsuitable for individuals with mobility difficulties.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 500KWH, air conditioning, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of € 300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the rate of €55 per night. Electricity consumption exceeding the 500 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

We had a fabulous stay. Everything about it was A1. Just a few minutes walk to all the little shops, cafes and restaurants by the beach and the atmosphere is really friendly. The pool is really lovely - and we asked for it to be heated which was the best! The Villa Group and the owners were hugely helpful when we thought there was an issue with building work next door - but we got it all worked out and we had a wonderful holiday.
