The sleek white kitchen boasts dark marble countertops and equipped with all modern amenities including a large fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

On the ground floor, a guest WC and the first of five bedrooms await, complete with a double bed, shuttered French doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a generous en-suite shower room.

Ascend the marble staircase to the first floor, where three more bedrooms offer expansive sea views. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, shuttered French doors leading to a balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with granite finishes. Two additional bedrooms, both with twin beds convertible to doubles, feature their own lavish WC and shower rooms.

The lower ground floor hosts a utility room with laundry facilities and the final bedroom with an en-suite WC/shower room.

Outside, a spacious terrace captures the mesmerising views of the Mediterranean Sea, featuring an outdoor barbecue area, dining space, and ample seating options. Completing the picture-perfect setting is a large 10m infinity swimming pool and a children's swing in the garden.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Private one arrival & one departure transfer, ‘Good Morning’ breakfast basket delivered daily to your doorstep or daily breakfast included in the Restaurant, daily Maid Service, luxury food hamper (for 5 night stay and over), branded bathroom amenities, unlimited use of the Aphrodite Hills Kids Club (ages 3-12 years only), valid for the duration of stay, The Retreat Spa: Access to Gym, Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, valid for duration of stay, without a locker. Access to the hotel health club area indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room) and the splash park of the hotel (summer months), and preferential booking status at Resort Restaurants.

An electric Kw/h reading will be made upon arrival and departure. The maximum limit of consumption per week is 400 KWH. Each unit used above this limit will be charged at €0.35 cents. In the event of excess usage, the guest consents to his/her card being charged for the appropriate amount. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that our guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
