This three-bedroom bungalow-style villa is conveniently located within a small development in the quiet vicinity of the Coral Bay Resort. Deceptively spacious inside, and furnished in modern and tasteful style, this property offers quality accommodation in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the resort centre and Coral Bay beach. It is a great choice for everyone looking for a peaceful holiday with easy access to amenities.

As you enter the villa, a set of stairs will lead you down to the large and spacious open-plan living and dining area. The living room is beautifully furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, flat screen TV with an android system and wireless internet connection for your entertainment. The room is bright and warm with large patio doors opening out onto the outdoor furnished terrace area and swimming pool.

The adjacent dining area is furnished with a large dining table and six matching chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all necessary utensils and equipment, including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Patio doors lead onto the veranda.

From the living area returning to the entrance level, you will find the 3 bedrooms of the villa. The master bedroom is comfortable and enjoys a large double bed, bedside cabinets with matching lamps, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

The second and third bedrooms feature two twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom has a different colour theme and roller blinds complement the windows. Next to these bedrooms is a family bathroom.

The property offers air conditioning for cooling and heating throughout (see rental rates). The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

The outside area is where you will find the furnished terrace and private 8m x 4m kidney shaped swimming pool (depths 1m x 1.90m) which is surrounded by garden furniture, sunbeds with umbrellas and a manicured spacious lawn. The barbecue provided allow for the perfect al-fresco dining experience whilst savouring the stunning Mediterranean Sea views.

The swimming pool can be heated during the winter months at an additional charge paid in advance, see rental rates.

The villa has private gated parking for 1 car.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. Pool heating is an optional extra and is to be booked in advance at the rate of €60 per night - pool heating must be booked for the entire stay. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Lost count how many times I have now stayed at this villa over the past four years, looking forward to many more next year and thereafter. The villa is fantastic, its in a great location – close enough to the restaurants etc but far enough away to get peace and quiet, it has every mod con you need for a relaxing holiday, the pool is immaculate, the super thick mattresses on the beds ensure amazing nights sleep every night and the level of cleanliness is exceptional.

Very comfortable, clean and well positioned villa. The living spaces are at the back of the property, with access to the garden and pool. The three bedrooms are at the front of the property. One has an ensuite bathroom, another bathroom is off the hallway. The pool is a good size and wasn't too cold for swimming. We stayed as a party of five adults and one child and it was certainly adequate for our needs. The view is lovely. The neighbouring villas are of the same design and were occupied by families but we never found that to be intrusive or problematic. The main road with restaurants etc. was not far away - a five minute walk - near enough to be accessible but far enough away to avoid any noise. The nearest supermarket Philippos is also walkable, and next to it is a good coffee shop "Banana Tree". We had a car and visited the Makarounas Boutique Winery (recommended!), Paphos town, and a few harder to reach restaurants. Our favourite was the Porto Antico restaurant esp. for fish dishes (which is still walkable).
