The ground floor hosts the living room and kitchen/dining area, both of which open out to the large upper terrace - real sun trap. The living area is spacious, has lovely decor with comfortable seating, a feature wall and decorative fireplace, large UHD 4K TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option, Blue Ray/DVD player, CD player and free reliable Wi-Fi - all you will need to keep you entertained when you're not soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen/dining room features a fully fitted modern kitchen and dining table & chairs.
The private upper terrace also has dining table and chairs, and comfortable seating perfect for a sundowner and for soaking up the gorgeous golf, ravine and sea views which are particularly stunning at sunset.
The bedrooms are all situated downstairs and all have ceiling fans: the master bedroom is opulently furnished with an en-suite bathroom (with spa bath and shower). The twin and second double both have their own shower rooms (not en-suite) and both feature wall-mounted plasma TVs. All three bedrooms open out to the lower terrace and pool.

The lower pool terrace is very private, and spacious, set in pretty landscaped gardens, and has a private 6m x 4m infinity pool, BBQ area with sink and sunbeds for all. The area is accessible from the kitchen and side of the property and is gated for safety and security.
The interior of the property is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout, plus wall-mounted radiators provide heating for winter months.
The property being situated on Zephyros Village allows you also to access the beautiful communal pool.

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 500 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €395 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 500 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
