This 3 bedroom villa is a lovely property set in its own, private landscaped garden on the Western Plateau of the Aphrodite Hills Resort. No expense has been spared on this beautiful luxury villa with a private 10m x 5m swimming pool (heating available, see rental rates).

The villa is especially child-friendly with a large lawn garden, minimal stairs and all bedrooms on one level. A baby cot and highchair are available free of charge on request.

The property features an open-plan living room and dining area with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with a playback option, free wireless internet and a Sonos music system (with speakers that can also be used outside). There is a comfortable sofa as well as a dining table and chairs, all looking out over the beautiful poolside terrace area.

The en-suite master bedroom is well furnished with quality bedding, and the villa has a roof terrace that looks out down the ravine with the sea in the distance. The other double and twin bedrooms are equally well-appointed and spacious, providing ample space in the villa for six sharing.

There is plenty of outside furniture with sunbeds for all, an outside dining table, a large three-seater sofa, two chairs and an outside kitchen area with a sink and gas BBQ. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all-year-round comfort. The villa also provides a well-designed and equipped family kitchen.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 500 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €395 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 600 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
