The property is set over two levels and the unusual feature of floor to ceiling tinted windows enables the view over the swimming pool, rock pools, countryside and the sea to be enjoyed from virtually every room in the villa.
The open plan ground floor is modern and stylishly furnished with chocolate brown leather sofas, glass topped coffee table, a marble fireplace and dark wood units housing flatscreen TV with internet TV offering hundreds of channels and plenty of movies to choose from, wireless internet access and a DVD player. The TV system is available in many different languages. A music surround sound system has been installed throughout the house. Music can also be enjoyed out by the pool, either shared or via the three headphone sets provided.
The kitchen with its wooden beamed ceiling features dark oak fitted units with frosted glass panels and is fully equipped with matching chrome appliances, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. The dining table has 6 high backed lime coloured leather chairs and can be extended to seat up to 10 guests. Patio doors from the kitchen open onto a shaded verandah next to the built in brick BBQ and outside sink. A table and chairs have been provided for outdoor dining.
The first of the villas 3 bedrooms is located on this floor; the master double bedroom with an en suite shower room with power shower. Patio doors lead straight onto the pool terrace from the master bedroom.
A separate shower room is also located on this level.
Stairs lead to the first floor, where a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom are located. A full bathroom is also located on this level. The internal corner balcony has been furnished with a table and two chairs and a small corner alcove with sloped ceiling has been furnished with two small single beds (suitable only for small children) and a wall mounted television. If young children wish to be accommodated on these beds the owner will provide a safety gate at the top of the stairs upon request.
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning units for both cooling and heating which are included in the price. A safety deposit box and two hairdryers are available. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the villa, in the centre of which is the large 10m x 5m private swimming pool with walk in steps and waterfall feature. The large surrounding sunbathing terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. Comfortable sofas and chairs placed under shade and a daybed provide refuge for those seeking a break from the heat of the midday sun.
Natural rocks and boulders have been creatively used to form a series of cascading rock pools and an area of the garden where shade is naturally provided by the trees, has been cleverly turned into a "chill out" area, with a hammock and wooden deck, perfect for relaxation. A barbecue and sink unit allow you to indulge in that great summer activity of cooking and dining al fresco and for the more energetic holidaymakers a pool table and table tennis table are available, both of which have been placed under shady pergolas. There is an area with playground sand dedicated to the younger members of the group where many items will be found to amuse them; a swing, slide, play house and seesaw.
This villa is not available to all single sex groups (i.e. family bookings only).
Access to the villa is on a partly made/partly un-made road.
The property is located close to the boundary of a designated hunting area and in the hunting season there is a possibility of hearing gunshots or seeing huntsmen.
