This 3-bedroom villa offers complete privacy being set on a hillside overlooking Coral Bay surrounded by fruit trees and a banana plantation.

Upon entering the villa you will find a spacious and attractive living area with plenty of comfortable seating, TV with satellite system (limited channels), DVD, Sony PlayStation 2 and CD player. The villa offers a wireless internet connection. Patio doors offer panoramic views and lead to the outside area.

A breakfast bar separates the living area from the kitchen / dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a dining table seating 6. From the kitchen, a door leads you to the pool terrace.

The first of the villa’s 3 bedrooms is located on the ground floor; a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room (no WC). Adjacent to the bedroom is a separate WC. Patio doors from this bedroom lead to a terrace area.

Moving to the first floor you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms being twin bedrooms. A family bathroom separates the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious furnished terrace offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and coastline from Paphos to Coral Bay.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout the bedrooms and living areas (see rental rates)

The outside area is ideal for relaxing under the Cypriot sun; the 8m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. A Jacuzzi is ideally located under a pergola allowing you to relax and watch the glorious sunsets. The barbecue area together with the furnished dining area located under a further pergola offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy al fresco dining whilst admiring the amazing views.

Weddings
A wedding ceremony and / or reception can be held at the villa for up to 30 guests (guest numbers are inclusive of guests staying at the villa, see rental rates).

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels

Rates do not include: Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable locally directly to the owner at the rate of €7 per unit per day. Air conditioning units are available in all bedrooms, living and kitchen areas (5 units in total).

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and/or reception) the following apply: Up to 30 guests (including occupancy of the villa) are permitted. A wedding surcharge of €625 is payable in advance and a refundable security deposit is payable together with the balance payment of €500 to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Brilliant villa - not usually available at short notice due to its popularity. We lost our previous villa booking but Lisa Bundy from The Villa Group was able to offer 3 or 4 replacement villa options that fit in with our booked flights. It took about 2 minutes for us to decide on this villa. We have stayed in this villa before, so we knew what a gem it is - the main attributes are incredible peace and quiet - you are a decent distance from any other villas - and the wonderful views. There are three good sized bedroom and all have fly screens, so unless it's really hot, you can open the glass door and let the breeze flow through without the use of the Air Conditioning. We did not use the AC at all during our stay. The villa is between Paphos and Coral bay, so you have access to most of the west side of Cyprus. You will need a car. Plenty of excellent restaurants and close to the legendary Philippos supermarket that has everything. As usual we didn't want to come home. Once again another wee gem of a villa in the Villa Group portfolio. The villa itself sits in a slightly elevated position that gives you stunning views of the sea and along the coast towards Coral Bay which is only five minutes away by car. The villa stands itself and is not overlooked by any other villa etc which makes it ideal to get some privacy and peace and quiet but be close to the nightlife if you can be bothered to tear yourself away from the villa. The pool area at night is great to sit and have a cold beer when the only noise that you hear is the sea waves landing on the beach in the distance. Inside the spotless villa you will find all the usual utensils for cooking etc in the spacious open plan living area. Downstairs bedroom that was used by my wife and I is positioned at the back of villa so it was kept cool all day long which was a godsend when it was touching 30 degrees outside. The air con unit in this bedroom was also silent when switched on when required at night. Normally, as a rule, my wife and I don’t go back to the same villa and we have been coming over for thirty years but in this case, we could easily rip up the rule book. If you are looking for a beautiful villa which is private and secluded but also close to shops, nightlife etc then look no further, 100% guaranteed.

We have stayed in the villa before and loved it and found the villa as fabulous as on our first visit. The views are amazing looking over the sea which is changing all the time. The pool area is large and with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and a shaded area for the hot afternoons. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are comfortable also with lovely views. A lovely lounge with soft chairs and sofas and large tv which we didn't use as outside most of the time. We will look forward to our 3rd visit next year
