This 2-bedroom bungalow located in a quiet cul de sac is within a 10-minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk of amenities.

A few low steps lead up to the front porch of the bungalow and upon entering you will find the open-plan dining/living area. Here you will find a small dining table with seating for 4, two extra chairs can be found in the bungalow making seating for 6. The living area is furnished with large comfortable sofas and an armchair seating a total of 6. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with an Android system. A wireless internet connection is available. From the living area, large glass patio doors lead out to the rear of the bungalow where the swimming pool and terrace are found.

Connected to the living/dining area is the bright kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, 4-ring electric hob with electric oven and a microwave. The kitchen has patio doors opening out to the front porch.

From the living/dining area, you have direct access to the bungalows 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, and windows overlooking the rear side of the bungalow and has the luxury of an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom of the villa is a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom can be found just next to this bedroom.

There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living/dining area (see rental rates). Furthermore, the bungalow is equipped with ceiling fans throughout.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

To the front of the bungalow, you will find off-street parking suitable for 1 car and closed off with gates.

At the rear side of the bungalow is a terrace accessed by glass patio doors from the living/dining area. Down a few small steps is the brick-built barbecue and the garden table and chairs on the terrace give you the opportunity to enjoy the al-fresco experience. The enclosed area with the 8m x 4m swimming pool (depth 0.90 x 1.80m), umbrellas and sunbeds create the ideal spot for a lazy day in the Cypriot sun.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

From first seeing the outside to the first step inside everything was perfect, it has everything you need in the kitchen no shortage of utensils pots or pans. The lounge area was comfortable and enjoyed watching the Ryder cup. Bedrooms plenty big enough with lots of storage. There’s an outside terrace with table and chairs and a lovely pool area. The area itself is quiet but only 5 minutes walk from a few local bars and a 15 to 20 min walk to the strip.

We stayed at the villa from 27/10 till 13/11. It is a lovely villa in a great location. The villa is ideal for a couple and is very private. It is well furnished. The outside space is more than adequate with a lovely pool with easy access, and a charcoal BBQ. The pool was cleaned 5 times during our 17 night stay, but the water was very cold due to the time of year. There are a few restaurants nearby and the coral bay strip is only a 25 minute walk away, where you’ll find many more quality restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop a 5-minute walk from the villa and the buses run every 10 minutes to coral bay and paphos, it costs 1.5€ and 2.5€ after 9pm.

We had waited a long time due to Covid for this holiday and it didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable, private with our own private pool. We knew the area and had a couple of lovely meals up the Coral Bay Strip and a very nice breakfast at The Frog and Toad. We also had typical English Fish and Chips from the Fish Shop next door to The Frog which was lovely. Would we return?? Oh Yes!!!!

Lovely property, beds comfy, air conditioning throughout, lovely having a washing machine too, pool is nice but becomes warm as day goes on, easy to use cooker, so able to cook own meals. Tele lots of English channels and movies. Alarm system easy to use, safe in wardrobe. Very private, able to sunbathe without worrying about people seeing you. Location is a bit far from main supermarket, and is walkable, did it once took about 30 mins, but this time of year too hot to walk! So taxis used quite a lot ride to supermarket/strip/beach.

A wonderful holiday, just what we needed. Accommodation and location first class for quiet relaxation. Fantastic well equipped villa needed for nothing! The pool we lived in floating around on the lilo. We cooked on the BBQ, cyprus fruit is so tasty. Excellent villa with all that you need for an enjoyable holiday. Swimming pool is the icing on the cake. Plenty to see and do, but must come back and fully explore the Akamas Peninsula in a 4x4. Did not use the barbecue but plenty of variety in Coral Bay, whatever cuisine suits your palate. Particularly liked the Coral King, but for good value, excellent food and service we recommend the Santa Marina (not only for fish and chips!). Thoroughly enjoyed.

What a great villa. Great location, lovely and quiet with a fantastic pool. Kids spent most of their time in the pool, but enjoyed trips also to the Akamas Peninsula, walks by old Paphos Harbour and meals in Kathikas. Last Castle was as usual a great place to eat.
