This 4-bedroom villa is located on the world-renowned Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. In this exquisite setting, the resort offers you recreation and relaxation beyond compare. This superb villa has everything one would want for a perfect holiday, golf enthusiasts or not.

Located on the western plateau of the Resort, this villa is just a 15-minute walk to the village square, yet benefits from tranquil and stunning surroundings overlooking the plateau which splits the resort.

The property is spread across three floors and is tastefully furnished throughout. The ground floor hosts a spacious open-plan dining area and living area. The living area offers comfortable leather seating, a large mounted flat screen TV, wireless internet connection, UK TV with unlimited movies (and international channel options), Apple TV, DVD player and iPod docking station for your entertainment. A bookshelf with a great selection of books is also available for your use. The family kitchen is situated just off the dining area. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The dining area and living area feature large patio doors which open out to the large furnished terrace.

A few steps lead up from the living area to two bedrooms; a double bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and a twin room that opens out to the side terrace. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom (with a bathtub and overhead shower).

Moving upstairs, you will find the charming master bedroom with a private balcony that offers stunning views overlooking the swimming pool, gardens, ravine and sea. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower unit.

The villa also offers a furnished roof terrace which offers lovely sea views and is the perfect place for soaking up the sunshine.

Moving to the lower ground floor, you will find the final bedroom. This bedroom, which can be made up as a single, twin or double, has an adjacent shower room. Patio doors give you direct access to the private lower terrace.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request, in advance, at an additional charge.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated throughout.

Moving outside, steps lead you down to the landscaped gardens and the private 10m x 5m infinity-edge swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by umbrellas and plenty of sunbeds. The swimming pool is heated (at a supplement) and there is a child-safe automatic swimming pool cover. The outdoor dining area and barbecue create the perfect environment for al fresco dining.

The villa offers a gated driveway and off-street parking for 3 cars (with one car being shaded).

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 600 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €395 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 600 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40 which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85 which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, water, milk, a bottle of rose wine, pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available, at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

This house was by far the loveliest we’ve rented in Cyprus. The views are breathtaking. The house is nicely furnished, with nice quality furniture and beds. It was comfortably warm at Christmas. The resort spa and restaurants were nice treats too. I hope to be able to return one day!

We have just had one of our best holidays ever! Stayed in a lovely quiet property only 10 minutes walk from all the facilities in Aphrodite Hills. The view from the front was spectacular. The villa was SO comfortable, spacious, very clean and well equipped. It also had its own pool and sun terrace which was great for privacy and total relaxation. Furnished both inside and out to a very high standard, we spent far more time there than we had intended, but it was such a perfect place to chill out that we didn’t feel the need to go far. The weather was hot so we were delighted to have really efficient air conditioning throughout the villa, as well as a covered terrace when we needed shade. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a better villa. It was such a lovely, relaxing and restorative holiday that we have already booked our next one.

Our third stay in four years tells you that we enjoy the Villa and the resort. Fantastic position in the resort with tremendous views down the gorge to the sea. Externally the pool is excellent. Very clean and a perfect temperature. Internally spotless and in very good order. The Owners continue to invest in the property and as a consequence improves year on year, Ideal layout with the Mother In-law using the bedroom downstairs pool side. All in all a lovely relaxing 10 days as always, Thankyou.

We (4 friends) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aphrodite Hills, 2 of us came for the Tennis Academy, the other 2 to relax by the pool and enjoy the lovely weather. We stayed in a villa on the resort only 10 minutes from the village centre, tennis courts and golf club which was really convenient. The Tennis Academy run by Head Coach Scott Wakefield was excellent, I discovered shots I didn’t know existed and the focus was on how you put shots together and use them in your game. Scott is very user friendly and any level of tennis player would benefit from what’s on offer at Aphrodite Hills. The villa was gorgeous, with all the facilities you might need. The views from the terrace down the ravine to the sea overlooking the infinity pool were fabulous. We made use of the local bus service which comes into the resort to go swimming at Aphrodite Rock (Petra tou Romiou) and visit Paphos where we were amazed by the history round every corner, the mosaics near the harbour were beautiful and St Paul’s Pillar at the Basilica. Paphos is European capital of culture in 2017 and lots of building is going on at the moment, we’d love to see it again when it’s all complete. Most of all though, we found the Cypriot people really warm and welcoming, including our taxi driver Yiannis from Kouklia and will definitely go back.

We loved this villa. The location is fantastic, with great views and it isn't overlooked. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with useful equipment and the layout of bedrooms means everyone has space and privacy. Tips - 1) Don't forget there is an Information Centre on the resort as they will help not only sort resort activities but also provide advice and information about local activities, weather etc.... 2) The local village of Kouklia has many vibrant and genuine resturants

The view is stunning and the villa is superb and well equipped. The pool is very clean and regularly checked. It took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the centre of this 5 star resort, yet the location was peaceful.
