Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by floor-to-ceiling patio doors, providing uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding landscape. The villa features a modern, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.

The first two bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom includes an en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a double, with access to the family bathroom opposite. Both bedrooms open out onto the furnished terrace and pool area.

Descending to the lower ground floor from the living area, you'll find a cosy seating nook with a sofa and coffee table, along with a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The remaining two bedrooms, both twin rooms, are also on this level, each with access to a small furnished terrace. The family bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, and the villa benefits from a central air conditioning system throughout and during the winter months, underfloor heating.

A baby cot and highchair are available and a charge is paid locally directly to the property manager. The cost is €50 per 7 nights for a baby cot and a highchair. Both items must be requested prior to arrival.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and alfresco dining. A built-in barbecue makes it easy to enjoy meals with family and friends, while sunbeds provide the ideal spot for soaking up the Cyprus sun. The 3.5m x 12.3m swimming pool (overall depth of 1.3m), complete with a built-in jacuzzi, promises hours of fun and a refreshing escape from the heat.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Air conditioning, underfloor heating during the winter months (November – February), weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €800 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Please note: Strictly no animals permitted at the villa.
