Outside you will find the spacious garden and pool area, with plenty of daytime sun. There is a BBQ and sink area located to the side of the villa, ideal for outside summer dining. There are plenty of sun loungers, a pool shower and a separate seating area. The driveway offers private parking for up to 2 cars.

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 250 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.
Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property (some villas require higher amounts. If this applies to your villa you will be notified in advance). Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally, the charge is €10 per towel.
Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property, a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
