This fabulous 4 bedroom villa is located in Ayia Thekla and is just a few minutes walk to the closest beach. Spacious both inside and outside, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the beaches and amenities that the resort has to offer.

Downstairs, the villa has a very spacious living room and dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features sofas and flat screen satellite TV. Adjacent is a dining area with patio doors leading to the swimming pool terrace.

Leading off from the dining area is the large, separate kitchen with an extra dining table and seating area and is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the villa has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite shower room and large sea view balcony. There are two more double bedrooms. A further bedroom features three single beds and a balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, flat screen televisions and ceiling fans. There is also a family bathroom which has a bathtub with an overhead shower.

The villa has air conditioning and wireless internet throughout. There is also central heating available upon request, subject to a supplement.

Outside, the villa has a large and well-kept garden surrounded by trees for your privacy. You will find an outside bar, shaded outside dining area, barbecue, swinging chair, sun loungers and private 8.5m x 4m swimming pool with 1.50m depth; all surrounded by the modern wooden decking.

There is an off-street parking space for 2 cars available.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 350 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally, the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 350 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

We have spent 1 week with 6 friends in the villa and we had a perfect stay. The service personal was super friendly, key was in the key box to get into the house and we have received a call in the first morning to check if everything is okay. We mentioned that in one room the air condition does not work properly and someone immediately came to fix it. Also the pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Also all the rooms and kitchen was well equipped and super clean.

The pool was amazing, perfect to cool down during a hot day. The contact with the villa manager was great, super responsive and was always quick to solve our problems. The bbq works perfectly, we could enjoy a super nice dinner made with local food that we got at a local fish market. Air conditioners work in all rooms so we could easily sleep through the night without getting too hot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Overall this place is great for a group or family. All the spaces are really big and airy. The kitchen is good size and comes with most things you need. The whole place was spotless! I would only point out that to get the most out of the area you need a car. All restaurants/bars are a 10 min drive away, as are the nicer beaches too. We found the bigger supermarkets about 20 mins away which is all fine as we had hired a car.
