This 3 bedroom bungalow is located in a quiet development on the outskirts of Coral Bay, offering unobstructed stunning sea views.

As you enter the property you will find a spacious, fully furnished open plan living and dining area which seats 6 guests. The living area offers ample comfortable seating as well as an LCD television with an android satellite box, DVD player and wireless internet for your entertainment. The bright, fully equipped kitchen features a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

A doorway leads to the three spacious modernly furnished bedrooms and the main family bathroom.

The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds and wardrobe space. One of the twin bedrooms has a set of glass doors which has access to the rear veranda and pool area.

The villa benefits from air-conditioning throughout. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

The private 10m x 5m swimming pool (depths 0.90m x 1.90m) is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas as well as established manicured gardens. Traditional Cyprus barbecue and outside dining area allow you to enjoy al fresco dining. The swimming pool area and the terrace at the rear of the bungalow are surrounded by mature greenery, offering a decent level of privacy.

There is a parking space on the side of the villa for 1 car.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

A lovely little property in a quite area. It had everything we needed our stay. Beach and local shop are only a few minutes away. Coral bay is 25 min walk or can catch a bus that runs every 15 mins. We had a few issues but they were sorted quickly.

This is truly a fantastic Villa. It has absolutely everything you need for a great family holiday. TV is the best I've ever had on holiday, all the sports channels, Netflix for the kids, and I even got GB NEWS - great. Loads of storage space which is always a bonus when travelling with three ladies. Outside space is really cool, great pool and the location is really quiet with views of the ocean so just perfect.

Set in a quiet and safe residential area of Coral Bay and within easy walking distance to many restaurants/bars, the two lovely beaches in the bay and many bus routes servicing the beautiful island of Cyprus. The villa is clean and well furnished with a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay especially if you self-cater as we do. All linen and towels are of good quality and in good supply. The large south-facing pool is superb with sea and mountain views. We highly recommend this property perfect location with all you need for a great holiday.

Great big pool and location is driving distance to many restaurants, bars and the beach. There is even a sea view from the back table. The ACs are on timers which can be a bit fickle to use, but otherwise it was a relaxing family stay.

Great week's stay in this villa in Coral Bay. The place was very clean and finished well, with all you would need for a week or so in the sun, by the pool. It's walking distance to Coral Bay and, with a car, very easy to explore further along the cost. Dino was very helpful with making sure we arrived safely, especially as we booked the villa last minute.
