This 4 bedroom villa is located in the heart of Protaras, within a stone's throw of Fig Tree Bay beach and the Protaras strip, where plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities can be found.

As you enter this modern villa, the ground floor has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need for your comfortable self-catering stay.

The first of the villa's 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, a double bedroom. A guest cloakroom is located on this floor.

The remaining bedrooms for the villa are located on the first floor: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms can be made into doubles upon request. The main family bathroom is also on this floor.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find the 11m x 5m swimming pool with walk-in steps (depths 0.9m x 1.7m) and plenty of sunbeds for relaxing under the Cyprus sunshine. The barbecue and furnished terrace set the scene for al-fresco dining.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 350 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 350 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
