This is a well-furnished and equipped 2 bedroom villa located within a short walk from the Village Square, Golf Clubhouse and Resort facilities, overlooking the first hole of the golf course.

The property features a bright open plan living and dining area with double patio doors leading on to the outside terrace, providing lovely daylight into the space, as well as a great holiday backdrop of the pool and golf course beyond. The living room has a Smart TV that also has a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with a playback option.

The fully fitted kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and has a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine for added convenience.

Outside, there is a private kidney-shaped pool (with heating available), an outdoor eating area with a gas BBQ and sunbeds for all - a charming space in which to enjoy the sunny holiday lifestyle.

With one double and one twin bedroom (which can be re-configured on request as two doubles or two twins), the villa is ideal for families, golfers or those who simply want the perfect place to relax in the sun.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, plus units can be used for heating for all-year-round comfort.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 400 KWH, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and air conditioning/heating. For stays exceeding 8 nights, a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €350 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €295 per week. Electricity consumption exceeding the 600 KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Please note: A welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €40, which includes bread, jam, spread, eggs, orange juice, water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. A premium welcome pack can be arranged for an additional €85, which includes chilled Prosecco, fruit, water, orange juice, milk, a bottle of rose wine, a pack of beers, bread, spread, jam, eggs, tea, coffee and sugar. Extra linen and towel changes are available at an additional charge. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.

We normally stay in 6 berth villas however just the 2 of us this visit so we chose a smaller Villa HG33 close to all amenities. Basically semi-detached property which has parking with gates. The Villa was spacious enough & well presented. Extra bonus this property has to offer a laundry room with washing machine & all extras.

Stayed for a week mid April ‘23. Perfect location a short walk to all Aphrodite Hills amenities. Villa well stocked with equipment. We had the pool heated which was lovely and warm.
