This two bedroom villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay on a quiet development, within easy walking distance of the wide range of amenities on offer in this popular resort.

As you enter the property you will find the open plan dining and lounge area. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with an android box and wireless internet for your entertainment. The dining area is furnished with a dining table seating 6. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including electric oven and ceramic 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining area and kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar with two stools. A separate cloakroom is also located on this level.

A staircase leads to the first floor where the villa's two bedrooms are located. The tastefully furnished master double bedroom and a twin-bedded room with shared balcony terrace overlooking the swimming pool area. These two bedrooms share the use of the full family bathroom across the hallway with bath and shower.

The villa benefits from air-conditioning for cooling and heating throughout. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

Outside, the exit through the two large patio doors on the ground floor leads you to a gated verandah that opens onto the 9m x 4m private swimming pool featuring roman steps (depths 1m x 3m) which are surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The outside dining table twinned with the barbecue creates the perfect area for al fresco dining.

The villa is located in the same development as Villa reference 397410, 397470 and 397425 making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, pool/bathroom towels and air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €300 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

A great location to explore Paphos and beyond, located in the heart of Coral bay . If you don't wish to hire a car, the bus service is better than at home; 1.50 Euro each anywhere from Coral Bay to Paphos a little more on late service but cheap still. The Villa is fanatic value and a great suntrap,sun from dawn till dusk. The team at The Villa Group are 1st class, Lisa Bundy especially was a great help. The sad thing is we only had one week and would have loved to stay longer. A Guest guide would be very useful, so all past guests could pass on their respective ideas of places to go and places to eat too.? You must eat at La Vigna " it's wonderful " the best by miles. A must is a trip on the Wave dancer boat trip, entertainment fireworks and food is all superb, Rafael and the other entertainment guys are truly amazing! All in all go to Cyprus and make sure you stay with The Villa Group at one of their properties.

I was nervous about renting a villa for the first time, and placed a lot of time/effort into finding a company which: 1) Has an established presence in the market 2) Offers a range of high-quality properties 3) Is transparent with its guest testimonials I booked with my credit card per the advice given in the FAQs, and am pleased to say there were no issues whatsoever. The property was maintained to a satisfactory standard and lived up to my expectations. The electricity allowance was more than sufficient (I used 110kWh vs 250kWh provided), and the welcome pack was a great little bonus.

I wanted to let you know that our holiday to the villa was fantastic, the villa itself is lovely, the setting is peaceful, yet you are only two minutes walk away from all bars and restaurants, the main road has lots to chose from, and the bus stop to anywhere is cheap and handy too. Coral bay is a place suitable for all ages, as a family of 4 we have a teenager and a 10 yr old and there was enough to keep both them and us oldies entertained for the whole 2 weeks. We hired a car the second week, so we're able to travel further a field, but to be honest the buses are reliable and frequent enough to go all over the island anyway. The villa itself is more than adequate for us, the downstairs was a pleasant surprise as its large and spacious. the pool is amazing and well maintained, as are the gardens. The BBQ was a little on the small side, but it didn't stop us from using it. The kitchen was large and all in perfect working order. The upstairs has 2 large double bedrooms with air conditioning so made for comfortable sleeping at night. Altogether a fantastic holiday, that we are looking at repeating next year, the weather was hot and the pool was cool, a perfect combination for a wonderful holiday.

The villa was a great base for exploring the local bars and restaurants and brilliant for lazy days by the pool, the air conditioning was also fantastic as the weather was scorching and it allowed you to cool down when everybody was "sizzling". I would strongly recommend Coral bay which was a friendly place and just the right size and style for our party of four (two old codgers and two fifteen year olds). Will be back here some time in the near future.

We stayed for two weeks and the villa was excellent in a great location two minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants in Coral bay, so no need for a car. We did have a car to explore the island and the scenery in the Troodos/Kykkos mountains and the coast are breath taking. People can complain about anything but any minor items about the villa did not spoil the holiday and the beauty of the place. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone as couples or with children of all ages and are looking forward to returning in the near future. Coral bay has some fantastic restaurants we never had a bad meal and all the people we met where very friendly.
