This four-bedroom villa is located on a quiet residential road in the heart of Coral Bay. A large choice of restaurants offering local and international cuisine, cafes, bars, supermarkets, taxi rank and bus stops are all within 2 minutes walking distance.

As you enter the property you will find the open-plan dining and lounge area. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, wireless internet and a flat-screen TV with an android box for your entertainment.

Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find the separate fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker and washing machine.

On the ground floor, you will also find a modern furnished bedroom with a double bed and en-suite.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find three airy and spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom. Two bedrooms feature twin beds, and the main master double bedroom offers the added luxury of an en-suite shower room. Large patio doors from the master bedroom lead out to a balcony overlooking the pool area.

The villa offers air-conditioning throughout. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

Outside, the exit through the two large patio doors on the ground floor leads you to a gated verandah that opens onto the kidney-shaped 8m x 4m swimming pool (depths 0.90m x 1.80m). The swimming pool is surrounded by established gardens and a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and garden furniture for you to enjoy the Cyprus sunshine. The BBQ provided allows for you to enjoy al fresco dining.

The villa is located in the same private development as Villa references 397410, 397420 and 397425 making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 10 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen, pool/bathroom towels and air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €300 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

The villa is perfectly situated near the restaurants in Coral Bay with a lovely Taverna and bar literally over the road. The local bus to the beach or harbour in the other direction is close by. Whilst close to the action it was still quiet (bar some loud music during the day in the next-door villa) but the villa isn’t overlooked. The villa is clean with a fantastic family pool and sun beds. We had a great response from the villa manager with a few things that went wrong (bathroom flooded).

A perfect experience. Great location very close to the sea. The villa is cozy, clean, with lots of space outside and a lovely pool. Just like in the pictures, maybe even better than the pictures. We loved the seating balconies and the garden. The landscaping is perfect and the sitting outside is very pleasant and beautiful to look at. The villa is very close to the restaurant area and the main road and yet in a magical intimate place between everything, with complete privacy. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The staff is great and professional. Highly recommend

Great location! The water struggles to get warm at this time of year (February) so make sure to set the water heater before you head out to the beach for the day!

Excellent Villa, great location car not required, close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Communication from Villa Group was first rate from booking through to holiday date. Every question was answered within 24 hours, information and welcome packs were very useful. I would stay here again and would recommend this Villa to families looking for a quiet holiday location but close enough to the strip on Coral Bay.
