This three bedroom villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay on a quiet residential road, within easy walking distance of the wide range of amenities on offer in this popular resort. A large choice of restaurants offering local and international cuisine, cafes, bars, supermarket, taxi rank and bus stops are all within 2 minutes walking distance.

As you enter the property you will find the tastefully decorated open plan dining and lounge area; the lounge offers comfortable sofas and internet TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for a self catering holiday. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find the family bathroom and 3 spacious bedrooms; two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite facilities. There is also access to a furnished balcony.

The villa offers air-conditioning throughout. The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

A highchair and baby cot can be provided on request.

Outside, the exit through the two large patio doors on the ground floor leads you to a gated verandah that opens onto the 8m x 4m private swimming pool featuring roman steps (depths 0.90m x 1.90m), which are surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The outside dining table twinned with the barbecue creates the perfect area for alfresco dining.

The villa is located in the same private development as Villa reference 397410, 397470 and 397420 making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With careful use, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, these limitations are in place to ensure guests are mindful of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

Lovely spacious villa in a great location - ideal for people with and without cars. Easy to park a car on the premises and it’s no problem driving around as they drive on the left hand side of the road in Cyprus. Lots of restaurants, bars and a large supermarket offering free complimentary delivery should you spend over 50 euros . Air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. 3 pin plugs are used so no need for adaptors if travelling from the UK. Plenty of towels were available for beach/pool and bathing. Pool was certainly on the cool side but rather refreshing!
