This detached, 3-bedroom villa is located in a quiet development area of Coral Bay, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bus stops. It is only a 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Blue flag golden sandy beach of Coral Bay.

As you enter the property you will find the spacious and comfortable open-plan dining and lounge area. The living area features leather sofas and a coffee table and for your entertainment, there is wireless internet access and a flat-screen internet TV.

Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom. The first is a twin room, the second is a double bedroom and the final bedroom is the master double bedroom which has the added luxury of an en-suite shower room. Large patio doors lead out to a balcony which is shared with the twin bedroom, overlooking the pool swimming area.

The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

Outside, you will find a nice green area planted with grass, flowering shrubs and palm trees. The 10m x 5m private swimming pool featuring Roman steps (depths 0.90m x 2.30m) is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The outside dining table twinned with the built-in barbecue creates the perfect area for al fresco dining.

There is a gated parking space at the side of the villa for 1 car.

The villa is located in the same private development as Villa references 397420, 397470 and 397425 making them the ideal choice for larger parties wishing to holiday together.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

We have stayed in Coral Bay before so we knew the area and love it there, the villa is lovely and in the perfect location for the strip, literally 5 minutes walk and there’s also a couple of restaurants around the corner so ideal location, as for the villa it is nicely decorated and roomy with plenty of bathrooms, very convenient to have a toilet downstairs as well as 2 upstairs, the pool was a lovely size and very warm, it was a pleasure to go in and we used it frequently throughout the day, every day, all in all an absolute gem of a place and you won’t be disappointed, we look forward to returning.

This is our second time in their fabulous villa We arrived on the 21st of May for a 2 week stay We also booked a taxi with the villa group to and from the villa to the airport which was well worth it, The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was fantastic for those hot days relaxing, The strip is not far away with everything you need. The villa is located in a fantastic, quiet cul du sac within 5 min walk to the bars and restaurants. There is sea views to enjoy and a large pool of varying depths. Large area around the pool to sunbathe and enjoy outdoor dining. The villa was spotlessly clean, the towels and bedding were clean and in good condition.

Absolutely fabulous villa everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay The villa was spotlessly clean and we were very happy with the lovely pool. The bedroom and beds were very comfortable and we had a very well earned rest, The town is not too far away with lots of lovely restaurants which we tried nearly everyone on the strip. We were disappointed with the beach 🏖 it was a dirt track to get down onto the beach and quite small but it didn’t bother us because our pool was fantastic. Many thanks to Lisa from The Villa Group for all her help in picking the best villa and we will definitely be coming back to this company for another holiday.

Second time staying in this villa and I can honestly say it didn’t disappoint again. The bedrooms were all clean and spotless plenty of bedlinen and towels, having pre-dinner or Nightcap drinks either on the balcony or veranda was a delight,especially thanks to the property manager Claire and Lisa from The Villa Group who ware fantastic with help and advice.
