Adjacent to the lounge area is the dining area furnished with a wooden table with six matching chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and equipment, including an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Patio doors lead onto the veranda, which is comfortably furnished with two armchairs and a table.
From the living area returning to the entrance level, you will find the 2 bedrooms of the villa; the 2 spacious air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the second with a dedicated bathroom.

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.
Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.
