This two-bedroom bungalow-style villa with a private swimming pool is located in a quiet cul de sac, yet only a few minutes' walk from the resort centre and beach. It is a great choice for everyone looking for a peaceful holiday with easy access to amenities.

As you enter the property, you will find the open-plan dining and living area. The living room is beautifully furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with an android system and wireless internet connection for your entertainment. Patio doors lead out from the lounge area onto the furnished terrace featuring a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table.

Adjacent to the lounge area is the dining area furnished with a wooden table with six matching chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and equipment, including an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Patio doors lead onto the veranda, which is comfortably furnished with two armchairs and a table.

From the living area returning to the entrance level, you will find the 2 bedrooms of the villa; the 2 spacious air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the second with a dedicated bathroom.

The property offers air conditioning for cooling and heating throughout (see rental rates). The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

A baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request.

The outside area is where you will find the furnished terrace and private 8m x 4m swimming pool with walk-in steps (depths 0.90 x 2m), which is set with ample sun loungers and umbrellas. The barbecue provided guarantees the perfect al-fresco dining experience.

The villa has private gated parking for 1 car.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A one-time mandatory cleaning fee of €240 will be applied to the booking upon confirmation and is payable with the balance payment. A refundable security deposit is payable in advance together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

The Villa met our needs perfectly and was clean and tidy. loved the swimming pool and how private it was however I would recommend a fence with a gate at the side of the house as anyone could just walk around the back night or day. Quite area with a short walk to the beach and supermarket. Main bedroom was a good size and great walk-in shower. Plenty of towels. Rep was helpful when needed. I would stay at this villa again.

We liked everything! The villa is located in a quiet street and is surrounded by tall trees and the pool is in the backyard. So the place is really private. The furniture and equipment are even better than it is shown in the pics. For example, there was a swing sofa in the backyard, two tables in the patio - for dinner and for coffee. The bathrooms are equipped very nicely. The furniture in the living room was made of white eco-leather. And it's so comfortable. The two queen beds are not very broad, but to my taste are just perfect, nicely firm and absolutely sturdy, not a sound. The swimming pool was clean, a service guy came regularly (every 3 days or so, at about 8 am), he didn't bother us and performed everything quietly. The kitchen had all the needed appliances. And a few words about the location. Our family just loves Peya. The villa is in a few minutes’ walk from the largest sand beach. There is also about 7 minutes to beautiful restaurants and small shops. We loved Legends bar & restaraunt (5 min walk), Blazing Saddles (10 min), Samisen restaurant and their tepanyaki (10 min). Every day a car with ice cream came to our house (around 3 pm), but we preferred gelato at DaVinci café. There is a bus stop near the beach, and every 10 mins or so 615 bus takes you to the Old Port, a large shopping mall, and a huge territory with ancient tombs. The supermarket Philippos is in 15-17 mins walk, and if you spend over 50 euro, you can enjoy free delivery. So there is no need to rent a car at all.
