This newly refurbished ground-floor 2-bedroom apartment has stunning views across the valley to the Mediterranean Sea. The heart of the village is a mere two-minute drive from the apartment and a 10-minute drive takes you to the Blue Flag beach of Pissouri Bay.

The property benefits from a large and sunny terrace with sunbeds for relaxing under the beautiful Cyprus sunshine. The barbecue together with the dining table allows for al-fresco dining to be enjoyed as the sunsets and bathes the valley in a rosy glow.

The apartment's open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas are furnished to a high standard with modern furnishings. The kitchen with an island offers all necessary appliances, including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and microwave. The adjacent dining area seats 4 and the living area has comfortable sofas and IPTV with soundbar is available featuring many English-speaking channels including Netflix. Patio doors from the living area lead to the spacious terrace and sunroom.

The apartment has a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with king size bed. Both bedrooms share the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

From the master bedroom, patio doors lead out to the sunroom where you can sit, relax, and unwind whilst enjoying the stunning views.

Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment and is included in the rental cost.

A baby cot and highchair can be hired from a local hire company if required – please contact us for prices and availability.

The complex offers a gated communal swimming pool (depths 1m to 1.5m) with walk-in steps a stone’s throw from the apartment.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €175 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser schönen, großen Wohnung. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Es gibt eine sehr umfangreiche Mappe mit Informationsmaterial. Die Verwalterin Mandy ist sehr gut erreichbar und hilf bei allen Problemen. Ganz phantastisch ist der Blick von der sehr großen Terrasse. !!!!!! das Gebäude liegt in einer gepflegten Wohngegend, man fühlt sich wie unter Einheimischen. Die Wohnung liegt fast am Ende der Straße auf der linken Seite und hat die Bezeichnung C 1. als wir dort waren, hatten wir Temperaturen bis zu 37°. Translated into English: We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, large apartment. It is fully equipped, nothing is missing. There is a very extensive folder with information material. The manager Mandy is very easy to reach and helps with any problems. The view from the very large terrace is fantastic. !!!!!! the building is in a well-kept residential area, you feel like you are among the locals. The apartment is almost at the end of the street on the left and is designated C 1. When we were there, we had temperatures of up to 37°.

The four of us felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The view sitting on the terrace was priceless. Pleasant is that in the afternoon there was no direct sunlight on the terrace, so we could sit outside well. On cooler days, the conservatory was great for sitting. The location of the apartment is great - at the very top in the village of Pissouri. So overall it was very quiet. We liked everything very much and would come back anytime.

This modern apartment has everything you need to make it both a great, relaxing stay and a base to explore the island. Well equipped for any time of the year, spacious enough for 4 people and fantastic sea views from the veranda. Quiet residential cul-de-sac location on an elevated position. You get unobstructed sunlight from dawn through to mid afternoon. The communal swimming pool, just 10 metres away is a nice bonus. The host, The Villa Group, provided clear and concise information about the apartment and was very helpful, as was their associate Mandy who resides close by. It's a 15 minute downhill walk into Pissouri village with its minimart, cafes and restaurants. However, having access to a vehicle will be a big advantage, in order to get to the supermarket on the outskirts of the village, the gym about 3km along the B6 main road or driving down to Pissouri Bay with its restaurants, pebble beach and shallow waters. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment, squeaky clean, spacious and more than adequate for our needs. The apartment is bigger than we expected from the photos with an enormous south-facing patio and sun room which have panoramic views across the valley to the sea. If you are that way inclined, you can get up early and watch the sunrise from the sea horizon. The local area is dotted with these small 'developments' of which this one seems to be the best ordered and completed. The village of Pissouri features half a dozen restaurants, a supermarket on the main road and a minimarket up in the village itself. The area is very hilly so a car is an absolute must unless you are a super fit with mountain bikes. The local beach is a minimum of 5km from the apartment and is not walk-able due to the terrain. If you intend to spend time on the beach and swim, then you will need beach/swimming shoes as it is mainly mid size pebbles. A great place to use as a base to visit everywhere else.
