This 4-bedroom villa is located in a cul-de-sac in Coral Bay, within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a bus stop. The property is only a 5-minute walk from the famous Coral Bay beach and 2 minutes from a sandy beach cove.

As you enter the property, you will find the spacious open-plan dining and lounge area with comfortable leather sofas and internet TV. Adjacent to this living and dining area, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with granite worktops, a microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The first of the villa's bedrooms is located on the ground floor; there are two twin bedrooms, and there is a shower room on this floor also.

Moving up to the first floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms. The master double bedroom offers en-suite facilities and access to a furnished veranda with stunning sea views. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom. A large electric awning opens out onto the veranda, providing shade. There is also a family bathroom located on this floor.

The air conditioning units have been fitted with electric timer switches.

Outside, the garden is beautifully planted with grass areas, mature trees, and flowering shrubs. The 10m x 4m private swimming pool with Roman steps (depths 0.90 x 2.20m) is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine. The outside dining table twinned with the barbecue creates the perfect area for alfresco dining. An electric awning also opens out to enjoy some shade from the warm summer sun. The garden is beautifully planted with grass areas, mature trees, and flowering shrubs.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels for each guest, air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and an electricity allowance up to 250kWh per 7 nights.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit is payable in advance, together with the balance payment of €250 to cover any breakages / damages at the villa. Electricity consumption exceeding the 250kWh allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro cents per kWh. With careful use, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, these limitations are in place to ensure guests are mindful of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption.

The bath towels were soft and very white better than some hotels I’ve stayed at. The Villa is ideally situated for Coral Bay Beach, bars restaurants and Philippos supermarket are also nearby making the location ideal. We all had a lovely time here. 5 of us visited this villa for a week away celebrating my birthday - we had a GREAT time! The villa is very spacious, rooms are big, bathrooms are great as we had 3 between us. Lovely sized balcony and terrace and the pool is a decent size with bbq facilities. Gated parking is available for your cars if you hire one. The kitchen has everything you would need including a large fridge and freezer. Air con worked fine in all the rooms.
