This modern 3-bedroom villa is in an ideal location in the heart of Protaras. The villa is located within walking distance of the amenities of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay Beach.

Upon entering the villa you will find the open plan living area with an L-shape sofa, flat-screen TV with internet satellite, DVD player and wireless internet access. The dining area offers seating for 6 guests and the fully equipped kitchen has a fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Patio doors from this area lead you out to the furnished terrace and private swimming pool. A cloakroom is located on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are on the first floor; master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have private balconies with views of the surrounding area. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Please note that the air-conditioning units are fitted with electric timer switches.

Outside the 8m x 3.5m private swimming pool, sunbeds and spacious patio allow you to relax and enjoy the Cyprus sun. The furnished terrace together with the barbecue allows you to enjoy al fresco dining.

Off-street parking is available at the villa.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 250 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool towels are available upon request in advance or locally, the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 250 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.

Clean spacious villa on the outskirts of Protaras, very quiet and peaceful, with beaches, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance. The villa is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay both inside and outside (in the courtyard there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, a dining table with chairs, a barbecue, a parking space for a car).
