This well-appointed villa with modern and cosy interiors, spacious and secluded outdoor areas, surrounded by banana plantations and fruit orchards, is the ideal choice for guests who want to be within a short drive from the very centre of Coral Bay and its beach, yet have their own privacy.

As you enter the property you will find the large and very elegant living area with a comfortable L-shape sofa. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen television with satellite channels (internet), DVD player, CD player and wireless internet access.

Adjacent to the living area is the modern open-plan kitchen and a large dining table seating 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a convenient utility room that leads off the kitchen which provides more worktop space, cupboards and also a washing machine. There are fly screens fitted in the kitchen and dining area.

The patio doors from the dining area lead onto the swimming pool terrace.

The first bedroom is a double bedroom located on the ground floor which offers large patio doors that lead out to the front of the property. There is a shower room adjacent to the double bedroom.

Moving upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. The spacious master double bedroom offers a bathroom en-suite and plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom also offers access to a large furnished shared balcony (shared with a twin bedroom) with sea views and mountain views.

The remaining two comfortable twin bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space and feature shower en-suites. One twin bedroom offers a private balcony overlooking the entrance of the property and also offers mountain views, with the other twin bedroom sharing the large balcony with the master double bedroom.

All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with quality Malaysian furniture hand-picked by the owner.

A baby cot and high chair are provided upon request.

Moving outside, you will find the private 9m x 5m swimming pool (depths 1m, 1.5m and 2m) surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine. The built-in barbecue, twinned with the intimate, shady fully furnished comfortable seating area creates the perfect environment for al fresco dining.

For the more energetic guests, a table tennis table is provided and for those that want to relax, a hammock is available.

There is plenty of off-road parking (for around 4 cars).

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), air conditioning in the bedrooms, welcome grocery pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Rates do not include: Air conditioning in the living areas charged at €30 per day (2 units, living room and kitchen), and are payable locally. Both air conditioning units must be taken. A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property.

For the year 2025, the following applies: Air conditioning in the living areas is charged at €40 per day (2 units, living room and kitchen), and is payable locally. Both air conditioning units must be taken.

Our party consisted of 8 adults so with each bedroom having its own bathroom, this made getting ready to go out in the evenings a breeze. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t hire a car, and is easy walking distance to the main Coral Bay strip. We have used The Villa Group before and the second time around did not disappoint, we will be returning & have also sent our recommendations to family members who have seen our pictures of the holiday and would like to stay there themselves.

Very nicely appointed and equipped Villa next to a Banana plantation. Well maintained swimming pool which is 2.0m at the deep end and 1.0m at the shallow end, so suitable for kids under supervision. It is conveniently close enough to walk to the Philippos Supermarket and also the bars and restaurants of Coral Bay.

We love this villa and would highly recommend it. We would not hesitate to return next year. The villa itself is exactly as the photographs and as described. Having four bedrooms all with ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, a stunning outside and pool area, this is everything you need for a very relaxing holiday. We did not hire A car and the supermarket is approximately a six minute walk, the nearest restaurant is a six minute walk, the resort centre is a 10 minute walk, and the beach is probably a 15 minute walk. On arrival, we were delighted to receive a welcome pack of groceries which was very kind. Also, the owner stopped by the following morning to check every thing was okay and show us how to use any of the equipment. The Villa Group was exceptional. They helped us organise transfers, were incredibly responsive to emails and when we had a few minor issues they were fixed immediately.

Villa was well positioned and in excellent order. Everything we needed was there and the villa was in top class condition. The pool area was brilliant with plenty of sunbeds and a fantastic cabana for shade. The villa owner called in on day 1 to check everything was ok and Ito ask f we had any questions and then left us to get on with our holiday. The Villa Group customer service was excellent. Booking process straight forward and efficient. All of the information we needed was available. Particularly impressive was the prestocking (grocery) delivery service. As we were arriving late at might, I took advantage of the food pre-order service by The Villa Group. This process was straight forward and our food was ready in our villa on arrival.
