This well-appointed villa with modern and cosy interiors, spacious and secluded outdoor areas, surrounded by banana plantations and fruit orchards, is the ideal choice for guests who want to be within a short drive from the very centre of Coral Bay and its beach, yet have their own privacy.
As you enter the property you will find the large and very elegant living area with a comfortable L-shape sofa. For your entertainment there is a flat screen television with satellite channels (internet), DVD player, CD player and wireless internet access.
Adjacent to the living area is the modern open plan kitchen and a large dining table seating 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a convenient utility room that leads off the kitchen which provides more work top space, cupboards and also a washing machine. There are fly screens fitted in the kitchen and dining area.
The patio doors from the dining area lead onto the swimming pool terrace.
The first bedroom is a double bedroom located on the ground floor which offers large patio doors that lead out to the front of the property. There is a shower room adjacent to the double bedroom.
Moving upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. The spacious master double bedroom offers a bathroom en-suite and plenty of wardrobe space. This bedroom also offers access to a large furnished shared balcony (shared with a twin bedroom) with sea views and mountain views.
The remaining two comfortable twin bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space and feature shower en-suites. One twin bedroom offers a private balcony overlooking the entrance of the property and also offers mountain views, with the other twin bedroom sharing the large balcony with the master double bedroom.
All the bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with quality Malaysian furniture handpicked by the owner.

Moving outside, you will find the private 9m x 5m swimming pool (depths 1m, 1.5m and 2m) surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine. The built-in barbecue, twinned with the intimate, shady fully furnished comfortable seating area creates the perfect environment for al fresco dining.
For the more energetic guests, a table tennis table is provided and for those that want to relax, a hammock is available.
There is plenty of off-road parking (for around 4 cars).
