This stunning four-bedroom villa set in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras boasts breathtaking sea views. Inside, the villa is beautifully furnished, while outside, the private garden and pool area create the ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with patio doors that frame the sea views from every corner. Contemporary décor and stylish furnishings provide plenty of seating in both the lounge and dining spaces. Satellite TV is available. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances for a relaxed self-catering stay, along with a breakfast bar. This floor also offers a twin bedroom, a W/C, and a shower.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, along with a family bathroom featuring a bathtub and overhead shower.

Outdoors, the overflow swimming pool is perfect for long summer days in the sun. A comfortable seating area overlooks the pool and provides a lovely spot for evening meals or a relaxed BBQ night at home.

The villa has air conditioning throughout.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 400 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra and is to be paid in advance at €80 per night. Pool towels are available upon request locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 400 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
