This 5-bedroom villa is located in a quiet area of Kissonerga within a short distance from local amenities such as shops and restaurants. The property is spacious, tastefully furnished throughout and offers sea views.

As you enter the property, you will find the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area offers comfortable sofas, a fireplace, TV with satellite channels and a music system with a USB port. Adjacent to this living area is the fully equipped kitchen offering an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, water cooler and dishwasher. There is access to a utility room with a worktop and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a breakfast bar area with 4 barstools.

The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and offers a king-size bed and an adjacent shower room. The bedroom has large patio doors with direct access to the spacious, furnished terrace and pool area.

Moving upstairs you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is extremely spacious and offers a super king bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a balcony through large terrace doors.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are twin bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and en-suite facilities (one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with en-suite shower). Two of the bedrooms feature shared access to a large furnished balcony with the remaining twin bedroom offering access to a private unfurnished balcony.

Moving outside, you will find the 9m x 4m swimming pool with walk-in steps (shallow 90cm, deep end 1.65m) surrounded by comfortable sunbeds for soaking up the Cypriot sunshine. There is an outside sink area and worktop adjacent to the outside purpose-built barbecue. This area twinned with the outdoor seating area creates the perfect environment for alfresco dining by the swimming pool.

A pool table, table tennis and football table are available for the more energetic guests.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Cleaning service and linen changes at the end of each week (stays of 9+ nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, pool towels, air conditioning for cooling and heating.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €400 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Wood for fireplace.

For weddings taking place at the villa (ceremony and/or reception) the following special rates apply: Ceremony and/or reception held at Villa ref. 415302 - up to 40 guests permitted. A wedding surcharge of €340 is payable in advance together with the balance payment. A light cleaning is carried out the morning after the wedding of the outside area and kitchen by the villa's cleaning team and is included in the surcharge.

Two families with 4 little kids enjoyed this villa very much. Comfortable, spacious, beautiful. There is a lot of space around the villa to play football with kids, have barbecue pool party and more. Each room has it’s own bathroom and plenty of space. There are even a billiard, table tennis and calcio in the garage - we loved this.

As soon as we arrived at the villa and got out the taxi my mouth hit the floor “wow” it looked absolutely incredible and beautiful from the outside and after a 5 hour flight with 2 children I felt like I had just landed in paradise. As we entered I couldn’t believe how spacious and beautiful the villa was it was literally perfect! The rooms are huge some bigger than others but even the smallest room was bigger than most rooms I’ve stayed in on holiday! The pool was lovely and warm and we spent most our days in it. They literally have everything you need for a week stay. Bbq outside which was incredible and we used it most nights. If you have children this villa is ideal the outside area is massive to allow kids to run around and your completely locked in so you can relax knowing that they are safe and can’t get out the grounds. They have blow ups for the pool, spades, buckets, books all sorts to keep the kids entertained. As well as cot and high chair we couldn’t have hoped for more. We got married in the villa and it was absolutely beautiful. The grass area was where we got married and with the decor it looked absolutely stunning our wedding was perfect and so beautiful more than I could have ever dreamed of. The whole villa was so well equipped anything you think oh we need this they had it. Iron, hair dryers, water dispenser, games room with ping pong, pool table. If I was to do a family holiday again I would 100% return. The local area is lively there’s a few nice restaurants and bars we went to that were a 10 minute walk away. One we went to had live music and really pretty place. Another place we went to had the best pizza ever! I can’t remember the names but if you go for a walk to explore you can’t miss them! Thank you so much to the owners they went above and beyond for us when we arrived they left bread milk etc all the essentials which was a lovely touch and they were extremely accommodating. They only live a few villas away so if we needed anything they were happy to help. Cannot recommend enough! Also the area was away from the centre so it was nice and quiet and chilled but not far if you want the busy holiday vibe! (Rented both villas)

We rented the villa for 2 weeks from Aug 12th 2017, The villa was everything, that we could have wished for. As a family group of 10. We found all of the rooms spacious, modern and very well equipped, with loads of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. The living room area, could do with more seating, but we never spent too much time indoors, as it was lovely to sit out on the patio in the sunshine or warm evenings. The pool area was ample enough and the owners who live next door, cleaned the pool area, early each morning. They were also very friendly and made sure, that we had everything, that we needed. The BBQ was really useful and we had some fantastic nights by the pool eating great food. We found a really good supermarket, about 5 minutes drive from the Villa called Philippos, which sold everything that you could want. The ready prepared and marinated kebabs etc, were amazing. The kitchen was great and we were more than happy, with all of the appliances. The fridge/freezer is a really good size. There were some really nice restaurants to eat at locally, the restaurant called Harmony did some great home cooked greek specialities and the service and prices, were very good. We would definitely recommend this Villa, to all of our friends.
