This five-bedroom villa is situated in the sought-after resort of Protaras, only a five-minute walk from the beach and a wide range of bars, restaurants, and shops. Upon entering, you’ll find a bright open-plan space combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofas and satellite TV. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, as well as a breakfast bar. Bi-fold patio doors wrap around the ground floor, opening out to the generous landscaped garden and private pool area.

A bathroom with a shower and WC is also located on this level.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one double and two twins, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and WC. All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and bedside cabinets. This floor also benefits from a built-in utility area with a washing machine, sink, and tumble dryer.

The lower level of the villa offers two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single, both with en-suite bathrooms. You’ll also find an extra living room and a second kitchen on this floor, with direct access to the outdoor staircase leading up to the garden.

This villa's roof terrace is complete with a seating area and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a drink after a long day in the sun, whilst appreciating the sea views.

Outside, the spacious garden includes a barbecue area with a built-in sink and worktop, a shaded seating area, sunbeds, and a 9m x 3m private pool with Roman steps and depths of 0.8m to 1.5m.

Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week of up to 400 KWH units, weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 13 nights), hot tub, welcome pack, bed linen and bathroom towels, air conditioning and wireless internet access.

Rates do not include: A refundable security deposit of €300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Pool heating is an optional extra and is to be paid in advance at €80 per night. Pool towels are available upon request locally; the charge is €10 per towel.

Electricity consumption exceeding the 400 KWH allowance is charged at 0.30 Euro Cents per KWH. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance; however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Before you arrive at the property a meter reading will be taken for the electricity and a reading upon your departure will be taken. Where applicable, the extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit. Central heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of €60 per day.
